K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	The RFE Master List	JennyandManny, Yes, it is a RFE . You will get a notice in the mail asking for additional evidence. When you know what they are asking for, please send it back to them ASAP. Mark on the envelope in red, " RFE " . Send it express so you can get a tracking number to let you know it was received. It would not hurt to also put your receipt number on the envelope. That's what I did, and they got it with no problems. As far as a longer wait time, others have had their NOA-2 shortly after mailing in the second RFE, but every case is different, as you can see, I'am still waiting. Good Luck and keep praying. We did that with our second petition and I also made mention of the ' two or more ' and asked how USCIS interpreted that sentence. We were approved without the waiver. Write in RED ink at the lower left corner of the envelope your case number and RFE. Have you any hand written letters or cards that you sent each other through snail mail? Hotel receipts? Bus or train receipts? Receipts of the things you may have done together? If you don't have your airline ticket, maybe you have a luggage tag from the airlines? As far as the photos, I recall I wrote a brief description on the back of each one, signed and dated them. Send them your copied passport, all pages, even the cover and back.
