Australia and New Zealand	Police Clearance	Yes I am still In Queensland there is no rules saying you have to go through our state police although I enlisted their help in tracing my applications and  even thei  help did not get a response. Australia and New Zealand	Police Clearance	I would like to  know if any other Australians have  had trouble in obtaining a Federal Police clearance....I submitted my first application in Feb 2013 via Aust Post never recieved a receipt acknowledgement or any response for a status report, sent a second application via email in early April and evan enlisted the help of the Qld police and still nothing have now enlisted the help of local MP...Yet my British police clearance no problem had Certificate within the ten days they prescribe....I am getting very cocerned at the way our Fedral police is treating it's honest citizens.	bryane1	Male	Australia	2013-04-29 12:44:00
USCIS Service Centers	calling USCIS due to very long wait	I saw somewher on this site about files suffering water damage....Could it be these files are too hard to sort out or are they not dried out yet and CSC are operating on the Military term "A need to know" basis...ie "Them to know and you findout" as I recent filer I empathize with those 2012 filers who are still waiting as I am still waiting for my police clearance here in Australia well beyond the 15 days turn around they that state...Yet my British clearance was spot on and well in time.	bryane1	Male	Australia	2013-04-17 16:08:00

USCIS Service Centers	CSC slow down and VSC speed up w K-1 apps...	What the poor FEB CSC filers thye seem to getting left behind  as the CSC forges ahead with later months...Whoever is working on FEB should get up to speed...My petitioner received a RFE for not checking the Militray NO box she did this and returned it the same day as she lives in CA....we have now gone over the 60 days when RFE's are being cleared in less the 30 days....where's the justice?????????????????	bryane1	Male	Australia	2013-08-20 16:55:00
K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	The differences between CSC and VSC NOA 2's	Could it also be that the differential between VJ & UCIS figures is not all K1 Visa applicants are members of VJ or are even aware of VJ....But I do belive that DACA applications have influenced the slow down of CSC hence the transfer of some DACA applications to Texas, which I suspect is a move to silence the critics by a sudden rise in approvals...Just my 2 cents worth to an interesting debate.	bryane1	Male	Australia	2013-04-14 15:28:00

US Citizenship General Discussion	need help	What does your lawyer say is your basis of claiming US citizenship by filing the N-600. Did he tell you the risk of falsely claiming US citizenship? Based on the limited information you have provided, there is insufficient proof that you are a US citizen. Having a US citizen parent does not necessarily mean you are a US citizen. How exactly would your lawyer claim you are a US citizen?   my lawyer telling me we should go for n-600 child born out of wedlock . his military record proof that he was in lebanon , DNA test that we've done the result came back positive that yes im his daughter ,is that not enough to claim the citizenship ?	christine.daher	Not Telling	Lebanon	2014-02-15 19:34:00
US Citizenship General Discussion	need help	Was your real father born a US citizen or did he naturalize after your birth?
