At the start of your email you should put the following information : Applicant's Name: Applicant's Date of Birth: Petitioner's Name: Petitioner"s Date of Birth: then your email asking for the status of your case. Remember na mas simple yung email mas maganda. Direct to the point na kagad ang tanong. good luck. Philippines	F2A from Philippines	Pag tumawag ka nga pala, pwedeng dumiretso ka don sa auto voice system muna for you to save some time. Pag sinabi na case complete na, ok ka na, otherwise, kailangan makausap mo operator para malaman mo kung may RFE ka. Pwede mo nga pala i email sila 1 week after mo mapadala yung mga papers. Medyo matagal din kasi sila sumagot sa email. At least kung mauna sila sumagot sa email, di mo na kailangan tumawag pa sa NVC. About sa I-864, on my personal opinion, tingin ko ay kailangan mo na magpagpagawa ng I-864A, lalo't na kung malapit sa limit yung salary ng mister mo. Mas mabuti na yung sobra kesa sa kulang. Every year kasi ay may possibility na magbago ang salary limit. At this time, di mo alam kung what year ka pa maiinterview. Baka by the time na mainterview ka, iba na ang salary limit. Philippines	F2A from Philippines	hello everyone! i really take time reading this thread dahil sa sobrang nakakatulong siya.. meron lang po sana ako gustong itanong - sa cebu ako nakatira... we submitted all the supporting documents, tapos napo kami mag bayad nang 404. so na submit na namin ang - birth, marriage, scanned pasport( pwede ba yun, colored?) police clearance, ds230 part 1 and 2 2 2x2 picture ( naconfused ako naglagay ako nang 3 na picture sa envelope) yung husband ko nag submit na din nang mga documents na kailangan... questions: 1. pano po namin malalaman if meron pa kaming kulang? 2. mag send ba sila nang email if case complete kana? or documentary ok na kami.. 3. if magsend sila nang documentarily ok na kami, hindi na po ba kami kailangang mabahala? 4. or meron paring mga documents na kailangan i send sa kanila? 5. tungkol naman sa current nang visa - confused lang ako! for example dec 2010 and pd namin... tapos meron ako nakitang website na magbibigay nang estimate kung kailan magiging current ang visa mo http://www.myprioritydate.com/ sabi dun May 2013 - does it mean that the interview happens kung kailan pa magiging current ang pd mo? or does it happen a month before? i hope to seek answers to my query to the good people here at vj.. maraming salamat po talaga! IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	NOA2	NOA1 received 4 Feb 2011 at the California Service Center. NOA2 received 27 May 2011. Paperwork enroute to NVC. The processing time is 5 months. Ours took just under 4 months. No RFE's or anything. So for all of you thinking of hiring an attorney I would recommend against it. I just made a check list based on all the documents needed and went over it 3 times before I mailed it in. An attorney was going to cost more than airfare and I still had to pay the fees as well. I found the USCIS people to be polite, professional, and helpful when I called. My wife and I are so excited now. The hard part is over. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	CSC to TSC to NVC: the Saga continues	Congrats on the approval!! Yes that is NOA2 and only the petitioner gets a hard copy of the approval in the mail and nothing is sent to the beneficiary. You should start calling NVC a week after the approval to see if NVC has resecived your case and assigned a case number. It can take anywhere from one week to two weeks or more for NVC to receive the file. There is no set time. You just have to keep calling everyday. Don't worry about the touches since that is only in the USCIS stage and you have been approved. Have a speedy NVC!!! And take this time to prepare for NVC if you haven't already done so. Good luck!!! hi yeah i got the case number already from NVC but we are adviced not to do anything yet since we need to have our cut off date be updated since we are in l130 - f 2a category (non us citizen petitioner) it makes me really sad knowing that the process would take around 4 years... i hope it wont... that would be really sad.. on our part! i pray for the speed processing hopefully. thanks for the info sir.
