hello there ,

* Well as for me last year NVC assigns me new case number after 2 weeks of waiting.
* depends on ur paper i was at nvc for atleast 6 months cause i got RFE in my papers.
*and it took 6 months for NVC to give us our interview date.... just make sure that all your papers that your goin to send NVC are all correct and you send them everything they ask you wont stay long there...

Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussionsworn affidavit!?
Hello everybody reading this post of mine,
O.K here i go again after 1.5 years of hybernation from VJ forum whistling.gif my 2year GC will expire end of june so we need to file removal of condition soon and i need favor from somebody/anybody crying.gif to give me link to an example of sworn affidavit in adobe format (sowrrryy thats the only program we have) after much diggin into the forum i cant seemed to find a sworn affidavit link in adobe format...i think all of them is in MSword....

Good day to all that is reading this post of mine. Our papers for I-751 is all ready just waiting to be send tommorow morning but im just wondering if i should put it in a folder iether plastic or paper or just put it everything in an enveloped at the fed-ex office ... i know this is kinna dumb (ehehehehe) but we want our application to be as neat and orderly as possible....and the check by the way should i put my A# on it too?? im kinna dizzy with all those paper work that this minor details i dont know what to do or im I just freakin out? blink.gif wacko.gif

Yes im in the same situation also my NOA was on 5/17 but until now no appt. letter for bio.. this waiting is making me edgy nooohh make that giddy heehehe whistling.gif anywayss trying to find my case number in the USCIS's website but up to now cant find my case number yet. I haven't seen many bad reviews of the site but the one review I read talked about some hidden fees that they don't reveal until the end of the process so the price isn't nearly as good as it seems up front. I have always had good luck with Agoda, but try Ctrip and Elong as well, especially in Asia. You can always double check the rates with the hotel directly. Often they will match the rate from the travel site so they don't have to pay the commissions. It is a better deal for them and peace of mind for you.

I'm all for Delta too...The flight attendants are nice, and I get direct flights to Portland, Oregon from Tokyo-Narita. I sure hope the earthquake/tsunami doesn't affect my trip this Friday. :unsure:

As for direct to JFK...the 747 I flew on from Manila stops at Narita then continued on to JFK; you still have to leave the airplane and go through the security screening point anyway.

Good luck on your trip yoda and hoping everything is gonna be A-O.K for you, anyway we will be flying thru cathay pacific beacuse we need to travel on a week-end and they have quite decent qoute comparing with the other airlines, flew with cathay already so we knew what to expect. a 16 hour trip cant be expected to be comfortable :no: good luck everybody and please pray for the people of japan..... Hi there, Try ASAP.com but it all really depends if your travelling on week-days or weekends. and then try comparing it with cathay pacific.. thats what i did and look at the pros and cons not only money but travel time difference .hope this helps have a safe trip.

:dance: ohhhh wehhheeeey my hubby already have the appoinment leter from NVC as of the moment and i dont know what to feel :P we got the April 27th interview... he called the NVC (friday morning my time) the night before and they said to call back on 16th but the following day after work he got the letter i gues they sometimes dont know what there saying on th phone Ohhh well dont matter as long as i got the news after 6 months! Im not really an xpert but heres my 2cents worth of humble opinion,NVC usually forward the papers after they give out the schedules.... heres the part of the email i got from them after we know the date of my interview schedule.... "( Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC). The NVC has completed its processing of the visa petition you mentioned in your letter and has forwarded the petition to the assigned US Embassy for further processing. The NVC has completed its processing of your case and any further inquiries should be directed to the US Embassy listed below.) "... So i gues unless your an xpidited cr-1or IR approved case the nvc will be responsible of your case before you will get an appoinment letter....they usually give out the letter 1st week of the month ..hope this gives you some info sorry thats all the knowledge i got .....good luck and God bless you always

In other forum they say that the Cr-1 cases can call the DOS? is it true if i want to know my schedule of interview my case was completed oct.12,2005... and its just hard to get any info this time by the way im from philippines i felt like being tossed around with nothin solid to land on... (00000psssssss im compainin sorrryyy!) hope to get info from you guys ... Good uck to everybody and God blessed alll May God grant us more pateince and i want it now! :whistle:
