K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	ATTENTION JULY FILERS!	I feel your pain girl!!!! We filed on 07/27/07 too. Got approval on 1/14/08 (cannot complain about it ), then it took them 2 weeks to send our docs to NVC!!! (I guess they use PONY EXPESS lately). I've got a letter from NVC saying that they will send the petition to Warsaw within a week. Called them today and was told that they have to do a clearance process that they do on all the petitions and they don't know how long it can take!!!! I'm calling them everyday hoping that they'll tell me it's on the way to Moscow, but so far it's still at NVC. ??????? [/quote] If you get a letter saying that they received your petition and will be sending it to the consulate within a week DON'T believe it!!!!!! We were so happy to get it and I called a week later to find out they are still processing it and that's their regular routine!!! Before that they were telling me that they don't do anything with the K-1 petitions there....They are wasting time by sending worthless letters, instead of that they could spend it to process everything faster!!!! We had NOA-2 approved on 1/14/08 @ California Center, NVC received on 1/28/08. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Sending docs after the NO2 (I129F)	After receiving the NO2 that states that your I-129F has been approved, what do you do? Do you have to send any other paperwork to Immigration? Or just send the I-134 to your fiance and all the supporting documents? What other stuff do you have to send to your fiance? Thanks! Some that are suggested are recent bank statments, most recent tax return, recent check stubs, employer letter, bank letter. The more the merrier. You have to prove to them that your fiancee will not become a public charge, it is up to you how you do that. It is entirely the judgement of the CO at the consulate whether they issue the visa or not so better more information than less. 2. List the name of your fiance 3. NA K-1 petition for permanent residency. Thanks for your answers! I read somewhere that I suppose to send the originals from my I-129F to my fiance, now, do I also have to send originals for the supporting documents for the I-134, like pay stubs, etc? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	I-134, Affidavit of Support questions	Please be so kind to answer these questions related this I-134 Form. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! 1) What are ALL the supporting documents that I have to submit with this form? Where does it say so? 2) Question 10) from this form asks: "I have submitted a visa petition(s) to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services on behalf of the following person(s). If none, state "None". What I suppose to put here, since I have not submitted one before but now I am in the process of the K-1 for my fiance???? 3) Question 11) says: I intend or do not intend to make specific contributions to the support of the person(s) names in item 3 (my fiance). K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Form I-134 question	The Form I-134 asks in question 7. If "I own real estate valued at:______With mortgage or other encumbrance thereon amounting to....."
