You have a fiancee visa to enter the USA one time and adjust status within 90 days. Is does not matter from which country you enter or where your plane took off from. Your only concern, which I cannot answer is what documents you will need to enter Egypt on your way here. thanks for the quick reply. about entering Egypt, everone has to have a visa to enter Egypt, there's no exception.
