K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	times and birth cert. question	My fiance and I are working on the K1 packet at the moment. I called the customer service center with a few questions and was rudely given different answers and I was wondering if anyone here can give us a hand. First we were curious about the processing times. I am not completely sure how to read the times posted on the processing times tab. It shows they are in 2007 for the I-129F and I wasn't sure if that was a type-o. When I asked the service center they told me the first time they did not have that information. When I called back a second time they told me the approximate approval time for the I-129f is December 9th 2008 if we send it today. I was shocked when they told me that. As I have been reading through a few posts on here I noticed the entire process isn't taking that long in a few signatures. I live in Texas so we would be using the Vermont center. I am not sure if the Vermont center is any quicker than the one in California. I am not completely sure if I misunderstood what the lady was saying. I am also curious about the birth certificates. Here where we are the certified copies we get from city hall are one sided. Since the directions on the I-129f instruction sheet state they want a copy of both sides. The customer service center was not sure but told me to make a copy of the blank side and send it in. Does anyone know if that is necessary? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	I-129F has been sent what's next	hey everyone thanks very much for the info its hard enough being away from each other as I am sure everyone here knows lol and ya'll have given us a little more hope. I called the help desk to find out about the I-129F processing times and they told me the projected date is December 9th and my mouth hit the floor. That made us both a little uneasy about the times. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	NOA1 QUESTION	Hey everyone hope ya'll are all doing well tonight. We were curious about the NOA1. The Vermont Service Center signed for our i-129F packet on February 25th or there abouts. We haven't received the NOA1 via mail or email. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem or know of any delays in the process. We were just concerned 1. because this is a nightmare and 2. we were looking at some timelines on here from others and the 8 - 10 days has past.
