Can i change my schedule if there's any delay on our papers? another thing sir, In my ds 2019 and passport visa it states both that i am not subject to 2 year home rule but i heard that I am still subject to this section. is that true sir? Philippines	Case number received, whats next	Hi! we just received our k1 case number days ago, and we don't know what's the next step. whehe And I have few questions here: Do we still need to wait for some papers before my medical? What are the requirements for medical? how many months would it take for me to get my interview? I know I need to fill up the ds 160, but is there any other forms i need to complete for my interview? my boyfriend didn't make that much last year because he is just 20 that time, in his tax report on 2012 he just made almost 6 thousand. but this year he made more than 20 already, whT should we do? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	J1 not subject to 2 year and applying for k1 visa	hi! I'm a j1 visa holder and I'm back her in my country for almost a year already. My ds2019 and passport states that I am not subject to 2 year home rule but some told me that even though It states on my documents I am still subject to it. Is it true? I'm really getting nervous because of this and my boyfriend have 4 past misdemeanors that we stated in our petition. our petition got approved but do you think it will affect my visa interview? My fiancé have been here twice in my country within this year and when I'm still in America we are living together already. I need some advise or answers. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	getting the old ds-160 to check why i was denied	Hi! Im a j1 visa holder but I ended up my contract a year ago. I believe i had filled out ds 160 when im applying for j1. Do I need a new one for my k1 visa interview?
