I WANT TO MAKE SURE MY HUSBAND HAS EVERYTHING HE NEEDS FOR HIS INTERVIEW TUESDAY... HERE'S A LIST OF WHAT WE HAVE *WHAT'S APP CONVOS *PHONE RECORDS *YAHOO MESSAGES *PICTURES *EMAILS *NEW POLICE REPORT *MEDICALS *MY W2'S FORMS FROM 2013 *RECENT CHECK STUBS FROM ME SHOULD MY HUSBAND HAVE A LETTER FROM HIS JOB SHOWING PROOF OF EMPLOYMENT AS WELL? ALSO IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE NEEDED FOR HIM TO BRING... THE CLOSER THE DAY GETS THE MORE I OVER THINK THINGS.. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Case being transferred	This is what I received in my email today, On October 29, 2013, we transferred your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address. My local USCIS office is Atlanta, GA. When I looked to see the processing times its only listing forms I-485, N-400, and N-600 time frames.. I didnt get to see my husband on our 1yr anniversary, I dont think that it should be this hard for someone to get approved for their loved one to get to them. Can you tell me please how long did NVC take to complete your case after they received your IV package or checklist response? I would appreciate your reply many thanks. May God be with you and make your interview goes OK   Thanks sooo Much! I hope you all get a response soon. I know when I sent off the all the forms for the AOS and IV Package  they took about 3 1/2 weeks to respond back. I kept calling to check on the status until I finally was told that our case has been completed. So don't worry it's coming! I wish you the best of luck! CONGRATULATIONS!!! I suggest he goes for a new one to be on the safer side. Moreover, it doesn't cost much money and time to do so. Wishing you the very best of luck   Thank you!!! My husband received a second checklist from the NVC today( 1st checklist was about 2months ago) asking him to refill and submit the affidavit of support forms. I am almost giving up. Any ideas would be welcome. Thanks.   Dont give up!!! What did they say specifically ... my check list had a marking by it to what needed to be filled.. just go over it slowly and see whats missing..
