An official statement to let us know their reasons and how long for us to wait. Not like this, we are only guessing. grrrrrr.... USCIS Service Centers	CIS Ombudsman?	Here is the email I sent the CIS Ombudsman yesterday. Dear Office of the Citizenship and Immigration Services Ombudsman, I am writing you today about the California Service Center and their recent handling of I-129F cases. The stated goal of the USCIS for I-129F is 5 months. However that has increased to over 7 months and is getting longer every day due to their recent performance. If you look at the National Processing and Trends provided by USCIS you will find completions for I-129F has dropped to a fraction to what is being received. This chart has only been updated with December data, but if you were to investigate further, January & February will be just as dismal for completions. As the reported date they are working on has gone from July 16, 2012 in December to currently July 18, 2012. Completing 3 days’ worth of cases in 3 months is unacceptable. I’m not asking for a service request on my personal case, as I have only been waiting 6 months, but asking for immediate action to be taken on I-129F cases at CSC. If something is not done quickly the backlog for fiancé visas could reach 8 months or longer. Thank you for any help you might be available to provide. Heres what id suggest-it works- Write a detailed =Hand Written!! letter to your states -usa= congressman & senator.!! Give them your full names on k1 forms govt assigned ID #'s for the filing and your return address. Be Polite! Simply ask them to look into the case & see what help they can do / offer!! This should be done after soem 3-4 months wait after filing. It doesnt hurt & you likely will be surprised at the reply (good thing!!) as these elected officials have direct phone #'s to the govt offices & can get around the beurocratic BS!! We -cant - they can!!. I have done this before & it worked for me !! I also will do again in about 2 months again. For me and based on my little understanding about LIFE, It's like this, don't just leave everything to fate/destiny or to God, He HELPS those who help themselves... So, i did something to help myself and i know and i believe that He will help me with this... And your result also fits that pattern. oh ic,, well, i hope ours belong to that "party" who have helped a lot of petitioners. actually it was just a wild guess for us to contact Sen. Kirk instead of the other one. But when we viewed each sites, we liked more of Kirk's services,but of course, politically speaking, my F is with Kirk's party.. i guess you know what i mean. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	this k1 journey seems so frustrating and depressing	Last week we sent a request of assistance to Illinois' senator thru their website and my f got a reply this morning, advised to call their office, so, he made a call to their office to explain more about the said request. They asked for some papers to be sent to their office ASAP. Hope this will work, for the USCIS people to touch our case. Guys you may try this also, contacting your senators thru their websites, we just did. I didn't expect at first that they're goin to pay attention to our request, coz, i heard some websites aren't useful for some reasons, like they just put it there, just like that, lol. But when we sent it, we prayed for God's miracle to make it work, and He answered. I believe that this is the START! Keep on praying guys and do some ACTIONS. Maybe look at the positives instead of negatives. I wouldn't spend to much time focusing on what a website says for processing, some will get done sooner and some will get done later. The next step is very fast, I would prepare everything #### the Philippines embassy has ability to do interviews within 1 week. I got caught unprepared and had to wait a month to get everything together for the interview. thank you sir/madam, but all the necessary documents are ready, i've been preparing since the day my f filed the petition . my mind, body and soul are ready too, on what to DO next..all im waiting is the GO SIGNAL from their good office...	grace and thomas	Male	Philippines	2013-03-18 07:20:00

I pray for this NOA2 everyday but why I cant have it, seems that the more i pray,the more it gets far from me. Is it because DACA's filer is praying more than me? Why those people who filed after me got the approval first, it isnt fair right? I'm happy for them of course but why cant i be happy for ME? grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!! However, a tier 2 (ISO) can answer your questions (the petitioner's) and a CSR (the original person who answers the phone) cannot. If you are past the time when they state they are working on I-129F petitions then you qualify for a service request, which I would do. The website says they're working on July 18th, so your NOA1 date. At this time you can probably put in the service request. I know the wait is hard, but at least they're to your priority date now. K1 has been unbelievably slow. so, i guess we cant use the service request coz the website says they're still working on july 18 filers, ours is July 23, ugh!	grace and thomas	Male	Philippines	2013-03-17 22:10:00

(joke lang) On a serious note, your turn should be coming up soon. Did you start contacting USCIS 5.5 months after NOA1? You're already at 9 months now, so I would think should be entitled to some sort of expedite as long as the petitioner's background check isn't what's holding up the processing. Or maybe the case got lost in transition. Either way, you should call and find out what is going on. And stop blaming others! You know what they say about that thing called "karma"... Good Luck well, you don't know how to count then, it's goin 8 months. i don't have ill feelings towards DACA Filers too, and i know that KARMA thing, maybe you should read also about it deeper and try to search more about it online.. ha ha! MAYBE it will be applied to you too.. im not perfect and im also a sinner too, i don't need to act as if everything is ok, even God gets angry too! and i think your not reading about other's posts here! They should make this process much more fair and complete them in the order they were file or at least let the people waiting know what exactly is going on. Try calling USCIS and ask to speak to a Tier 2 Rep. They can at least tell you if it has been assigned to someone.
