Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	delayed application	Well, it is going to be shipped out tomorrow. In cover letter I included sentence that I was delayed due to finances, what else I can do? It has been more than to months yet, what would take so long to make a card. I tried to call USCIS number 1-800-375-5283 and of course, there was no chance I would get to talk with alive person, and they said (after all those press this and press that, enter your number, sorry, go to main menu stupid game... ) that they do not have my case at all. Four people simply wrote letters (in handrwriting, so it does not seem like made up and signed), actually it was sweet, one of them was my mother in law and I cried reading it. USCIS should too. And I am sort of worried, because just to communicate is one case, but to have interview in other language is absolutely different. Do you have the option to have it in English? I guess the issue here is that the beneficiary and the petitioner should share a common language they can communicate in. We have no problem communitcating at all! But my question is.......will I have to have proof that I can fluently speak Spanish or is that a given? If they want proof....would anyone know what kind? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	OMG. Evidence I am going crazy	Good to know I am not the only one crazy and we are in the same boat. Othervise I thought I am loosing my mind time to time. Our time difference is seven hours. So almost every night I stay awake very very late for chatting, sometimes all night. I am constantly in lack of sleep, what affect my day plans and regime. I am happy I picked job, what I can do at home and limit my time as I want, so I dont have to wake for office early, so i can adjust my work to my priority chatting time. I constantly talk with him in my mind. I sleep at nights beside with Valentines Bear Toy what he present to me, even I am not little kid. More? Maybe, maybe I am crazy, but how about you? Finally, a small step completed and underway! This makes my life a little easier to deal with!! Thanks for all the help and pestering questions from me lately. Now I get to join the list waiting for NOA2. We received NOA1 from Vermont also!!! So, if I understand right - Notice date in I-797C is this NOA1 date Receipt number is this case number, so i can see updates.., but its not alien registration number yet? Now I feel like stucked and overloaded from to much information in my head. After he receives Noa 2, what should I start to do, and what can I do already? I can already make translations of birth certificate, ok. Medical exam. When to do this? Can i do something about this already or I have to wait for them to instruct me where to go and what to do. The same about police certificate. They say in embassy site here that in package 3 will be - "form used to receive police certificate." What the hell it is? Other opinion or advices??? I would feel much better if i culd do something, othervise this waiting drives me crazy. P.S. To write to embassy is meaningless, they will just give link where to look and this will be all. The answer is: There is no answer. There is no reason. Every case is different and moves through the system at different speeds. Some people get lucky, others don't. Right - it is not fair. Welcome to the real world. A word of advice: you are not going to find a ton of support and sympathy here if you keeping pushing for an answer to a question when it has already very clearly been explained to you that there is no answer. Especially since you just filed. The fact is, you are lucky to be going through Vermont and your chances for a fast approval are high. When you've been waiting for five months, feel free to whine and complain. Until then, relax, chill out and try to be patient Yeah, right I didnt experienced five months, and i dont want to even know is this worse and how it feels. I already dream crazy things about how FBI cathces me and say i didnt deserved visa. I have plenty of them. Once i dreamed i am at embassy, and they say to me to wash pool and they will watch am i good at this and they were all laughting. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	How comes???	Judging by timelines, some who sent later then us already received Noa 2, but us not yet. Why so? Why that happen.
