I don't mean to sound so helpless ( I already successfully filed a K-1 visa for her about 5 years ago but we didn't get married) but when it come to her visa I get a bit paranoid and am defiantly confused at this point. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Cr-1 K-3 co sponser Bangkok	Thanks everyone for all your information beforehand.My situation is I have filed both an 1-30 and a 1-129f for my wife of one year to join me from Bangkok. I am living in the states working but do not have enough income from last year to qualify me a a sole sponsor. I will have my tax returns from this year but do not have returns from the last two years. My sister will co sponser but from what I read about the Bangkok embassy is that they basically won't take a co sponsor for the K-3 visa. My Questions are. 1. Does Bangkok even process K-3 visa's after Febuary 2010? 2. Does Bangkok accept Co-Sponsor for a CR-1 visa. 3. What will be the new process and where will I submit my affidavit of support.
