Mexico, Latin & South Americadoes USC need to attend interview in peru?
When I attended the interview with my wife last year, their were 4 other couples their for the interview. I know people who have been approved without having the spouse there, but in my opinion it certainly does not hurt and it definitely is comfort to your wife if you attended. I found it to be a very stressful experience. So it was good we were both there to support each other if for no other reason.

Mexico, Latin & South AmericaHi, I'm from Peru
ceviche is not exactly my favorite dish, but my wife loves it. I tasted in when I was in Peru last. I think it to be an acquired taste. She says she has not yet been able to find all of the ingredients here to make it the way she did in Peru. I guess she will just have to wait until we take our next trip over to visit friends and family.

K-3 Spouse Visa Process & ProceduresK4
We are in a similar situation where as the K4 was approved but the I-130 will probably not be approved until after his 21st birthday. From what I have heard, this is definitely not a good thing.

My son will be coming here in the US with a k4 visa. I have already filed I 130 and it has been approved. In 4 mothns after arrival he will be turning 21, the immigration policy stated that k4 will expire when the child turns 21. How are we going to manage this situation? Filing for AOS immediately upon arrival would be the step but then it will take time for approval it might happen after he turned 21. Please advise me on what to do.

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & ProceduresVISA DENIED IN PERU HELP ME!! CONFUSED
We were denied a visa in Peru in 2004. It took about 6 months for the case to get reopened. It would of taken another 8 months or so for it to go through the process. In the mean time, we were married in Peru, filed the K3, had it approved and now my wife is here in the states. Once your petition is denied and sent back to the states, the porcess becomes very drawn out.

Good Luck
