K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Sept 2008 K1 VSC filers	Yea, i'm still waiting But seems like it got lost AGAIN AGAIN or something, so we started again on our 3rd petition .. Sigh.. Its getting really frustrating. We started out 31th July, got told to resend it by uscis, we did that 24th September and i'm going to send him my informations tomorrow, so we will prob. end up being November filer, bad luck i guess This time.. Nothing must go wrong, he will pay double double by using fedex, i want tracking number and everything LOL, not saving any money on that this time! Wish us luck.. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Sept 2008 K1 VSC filers	Hi Brian No, my fiance was able to cancel the check and get the money back, they were back in a few work-days, and we filled 1 week after that for the 2. time. I understand your frustration, but I also heard of people never got an NOA1, our problem was that we were so new and didnt read so much about it and just sended it by normal post service, means no fedex or anything, so we couldn't track it, there is a chance that they never even recieved it. I'm not sure if you already wrote it, but do you have your casenumber that is usually behind the check? If your check even got cashed yet? If you do, you shouldn't worry then you know your case is in their hands, but I think you should call them if you didn't already do it. I wish you best of luck! My fiance called them and they just said that we weren't approved in their system. dunno what is going on. we received a new RFE today - they want more evidence.. So we will just submit same pictures plus add a few that we didnt send last time plus his boarding passes and passport stamps.. i hope thats enough cuz we don't really have more (we didnt knew 1 year ago that we would file for k-1, so we didnt take plenty of pictures, we have around 15-20 from june/july 2008). We'll follow the instructions and send the evidence back, the man that my fiance talked with told him that we would get approved/denied before 15th of june cuz we have waited so long etc.. However my fiance called them and they said that they got our documents and they are processing the case.. But it didn't update on the site. I hate this waiting time, I feel like im the only one not gotten my noa2 yet :s I got a question.. Let's say that i'm lucky and my case will get approved within a month, I get my NOA2 and everything go smooth after that (no delay, medical and interview is passed) and I get my visa.. Do you guys think that I will have my visa in hand within 12th August, that is if all go just fine? Cuz my fiance is coming here 17th June and staying till 12th August, where im supposed to fly with him home to USA, but with this delay of my RFE i'm afraid if we wont make it. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	October 08 K1 Filers	It's just odd because they asked to see his proof of citizenship, his naturalization (not sure of its spelled right) and he did provide it in the start.. they also needed to get 2 photos of him, which we also provided.. and my passport which we also provided lol.. So now he will have to take new photos of him, and provide it all again. And even more odd!! They wanted us to send proof that we are still in contact after the meeting :s So we are sending them screenshots of our skype log, and our emails and a few letters that i sended to him.. I thought that belonged the the interview state, but luckely i have it all saved! But hopefully my fiance will get the photos taken by tomorrow, so we will hopefully send it all off by tomorrow with fedex and make sure it will arriave fast and safely I just find it odd that they request things that they already have received once. Thanks all for reading and responding its nice to log back in and see some responses Btw I totally forgot to add that nothing is that bad that it isnt good for anything.. I'm better now though, but it took some time to get used to the thought, was surprised of my own reaction just cuz of a RFE :s Anyways we will try to provide the same things again but add a bit more if we can.. thanks all for your help!! really appreciate it!! We didn't know that we would fill out K1 last summer when we met eachother first time, which was the evidence that we sended in.. We sended in boarding passes, itinary, pictures of us with me and him but also with my family.. nothing really more we had, no atm machine withdraws or anything, no hotel receipts, we were in my house.. oh no, what are we gonna do :'( I could get my parents to write that they met him also last summer, but it will take 7 days for him to get the letter and they need it before 7th april or something.. It was a RFE He have to get a new passport, because he got his old one before he was 18, so it wasnt valid for 5 years..
