If they are requiring the evidances then send the complete passport copies. both of you. also if possible then ask your family member or friend, who have met both of you personaly. to write an affadavit and notarize it. also if you have done some shopping using your credit cards then the statment of credit card would match many dates and places. infact there are many ways to establish the evidances of meeting. good luck. I agree! you need to find every little thing you can. Do you have any pictures at all together? ask your fiancee if they can find some pictures. The passports copies are good idea. Make sure that the passports are GOOD copies. You will need to dig up as many things as you can. The evidence of meeting within the two years is probably the most important aspect of the petitions approval. Also, you should write the letter of explanation again to explain every visit that's in the passports. Just to make the picture clear for the adjudicator. That is just what I would do. The 6 months is just to keep you off there back and give them something to say if they don't feel like being helpful that day. Usually that's everyday. But don't let this get you down. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	and Photos...	I guess it's whatever floats your boat. Just be sure to have the dates of when the pictures were taken somewhere on there. I particularly like the loose option and writing the date on the back. I would figure it looked a little more authentic that way. I was lucky enough to discover VJ before I visited my fiancee and took time stamped photos. Pictures are secondary evidence. Make sure you have strong primary stuff. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Evidence of meeting	Just to add to what I wrote before. You want to state when, and where you met within the two years. How you traveled, where you stayed, and for how long. This is what to include in the letter of explanation on meetng within the two year period. I added a statement (one sentence) on how we first met, and a sentence stating when I proposed. Sometimes I think they RFE for more information, it's been guessed that they were looking for a statement of those two things. Proof of relationship and ongoing relationship are for the visa interview. You don't even want to have some long drawn out love story of how you fell in love. Keep it to the facts of how you met within the two year period. Have a quick explanation (sentence) of how you first met and then one sentence of the engagement date. Of course you can send in whatever you would like. However, please use discression as you don't want information contained in you private conversations to be taken the wrong way. All that extra stuff is overkill and could hurt more than help if your not careful. You should only give them what they need as the rest does not help to prove that you've met. You don't want avoidable questions or flags coming up later in the interview. Just prove that you've met in person, that's all they ask. I am not a lawyer. I took pictures in front of the boundary sign for my fiancee's hometown. This way I had pictures in front of signs, with the date imprinted, in front of a sign that is included in her home address. I mean you think you have a little peace of mind with the approval but now your tip toeing all the way through the process. I don't think anyone can answer that for sure. Although I hope they would have ironed out that glitch by now. I used the new I-129f and still got the IMBRA RFE, you never know. You just need to wait for it to see what they ask for. Lucky for me they had an opening at 11:00am on Monday September 25, 2006. This is the exact day I was going to call because it's 60 days past my RFE receipt date. So, I'll be calling them on Monday and going in for a visit. I'm sure it's a little much, but you know me, always prying into things. It will just take them a little while to clear your name from the hit. It's an IMBRA issue having an approval within 2 years and filing another petition.
