IrishGirl:

Get the ball rolling.

Don't wait anylonger. Do whatever you can to get this resolved until you are told there is nothing you can do.

Backtrack everything (make sure you have a papertrail in place.)

I suggest you continue to call and write a detailed but FOCUSED letter. I worked for the FEDS for 8 years and if you aren't focused, they won't even entertain you.

Good Luck.

Sláinte!

USCIS Service CentersNBC: Missouri
We are going through the MSC/NBC.

It's taking forever.

Making me

They are slow, slow (it has been 91 days since we the application for EAD and AOS were filed with MSC as received, had an RFE which actually added an additional 30 days to our EAD processing time) and slower.

It has been 6 weeks since Liam had biometrics done for AOS and EAD, and still no word.

When I call, after waiting to speak with someone for goodness knows how long, I get disconnected.

Just great  :crying:

Oh well.

Hello All...

I must admit, this is driving me NUTS!

Liam's EAD and AOS apps were received on 19 December 2005. We were sent notices of receipt on the 27 December.

He had his biometrics done on 22 February for both applications.

Where in the world did this January 16 date come from?

WE ARE STILL WAITING!!!!!!!!

:crying: I am officially being a cry baby!!!!

(and Liam will go mad if he can't work soon...it's been months!)

Just thought I'd vent.

Sorry!!!

We sent the form back in June, hubby went for Biometrics on Aug 9th, and we had not heard anything ever since...

I wonder why they've sent it somewhere else? This is the 3rd Service Center we go to! blink.gif
