Philippines	Naturalized thru CRBA, need to undergo medical exam prior to leaving for the US from the Philippines?	Yes, we already have done the whole CRBA and US PASSPORT applications. We're currently just waiting for the US Embassy Manila to send it to me thru mail, expecting it by end of this month or early next month. I have a question regarding my daughter's PI passport. I already got her one even before we applied for her CRBA and US Passport. Will her PI passport still valid when we present this upon leaving to the US since we got it before she applied for her US Passport? I'm currently waiting for my 1-year old daughter's CRBA and US Passport from the US Embassy of Manila. I will be expecting them by end of this month. I was also petitioned by my bf thru a K1 Visa and have been waiting for our NOA 2 for almost 4 months now. My question is that, doea my daughter need to go to SLMEC for a medical exam even if she will be leaving the PH for the first using her US passport and as a US citizen? Insights please... My fiance just talked to NVC since we just got our approval yesterday (idk why he called nvc, maybe because he got all excited all of a sudden - hahaha!). Anyway, the operator said they usually get the uscis notification 15 days after. Is this true? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Am I worrying too much???	I was one of those who was spooked by that nigerian post. My fiance and I also had a short courtship and had just been undergoing his divorce for a few months when we met the first time thru facebook. Is time really of the essence or is it the quality of your relationship? And what weight would it have if the reason of the failed marriage was infidelity, as to the case of my fiance. He was deployed in Iraq when his ex-wife cheated. Went a very rough 1 1/2 years for patching things up with het but to no success more lies abd deceit happened. He had his fresh of breath air when his ex finally decided to kove out march of 2009. Then filed the divorce april 2009. We met june 2009.... Finding comfort in our conversations led us to the development of what we hace right now. My parents didn't agree of our relationship becauase of the 14-year age gap, his divorce status, the long distance relationship, and having 2 kids from the previous marriage. But I fought for him. We still decided to meet on oct 2009. First time we saw each other, there were no more awkward moments as we have gotten used to seeing each other online. He met my parents and received a neutral and cold treatment. I was condemned and scolded every time I went home from being with him while he was here on hia first visit. But the stronger the objections went, the stronger my love for him grew. This resulted to me being thrown out of our home because I decided to be in the relationship with him. After the apple of my family's eyes, they asked me to leave because I didn't listen to them. After a week or two on my own, I found out I was pregnant with our daughter. All alone, no comfort and no one to turn to for help when I had my emergency situations during my pregnancy. And my only comfort was my fiance.... To make this story short, we are now waiting for my interview on dec 1. My fiance visited us for the 4th time last July-August for the filing of the CRBA and to celebrate our daughter's 1st bday. My parents gave us the go signal for the wedding. So who says short time courtship is not enough to have a meaningful relationship. After 2 years of waiting for his divorced to be finalized before the filing of our k1, what I don't need now is discouragement and negativity about short and whirlwind romances being a questionnable case of a legit relationship. Guys, if in pain and in diversity a soul seeks out for another soul to connect with and when that soul found another one in search, then what's the issue with time? If the feeling is right the first time you connected, then why would an ongoing divorce stop you from being with each other? --- this post will be my answer to the CO when the legitimation of our relationship will be questionned... K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Sent me the Wrong orig I-134	If that so just tell your fiance to send you a new one immediately if it comes before your interview that's good, if not just tell them the truth, tell them to be follow, (hopefully they will accept it) do not retouch the form and present to the officer, leave it that way... They are not much strict when it comes to error or hand writing, rather they are really strict when your fiancee can not support you, thats the reason why they ask for affidavit of support. Did he send you also his ITR, W2 , bank accnt statements etc, bcoz those documents supports the I 134. You will be find my dear.... Yes, he sent me his 2010 ITR, his recent and past w2s, Pay Slips, his statement of service with his monthly income stated. However, he didn't send me his bank acct statements because accdg to him, his ITR is high above the poverty line for a household of 5. In relation to this, I'm worried that his 2010 ITR was joint with his ex-wife since the divorce was only finalized last April 2011. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Sent me the Wrong orig I-134	If I were you, if you don't have choice anymore, just present the original form (I 134)on your interview, then if the officer ask regarding the error, tell the truth, ask him or her if they accept a scan copy w/ the original one, but if the officer did not notice about the error you are free, yet if it turns bad, you know what I mean (221g) the new I 134 is to be follow... Note: do not retouch the form and present to the Officer, leave it that way, bcoz they might know if you retouch it, the more that they will question you, coz that form should only prepared by the petitioner, and that is not your fault if there is an error. He also forgot to put his insurance policy amount. He also listed that he submitted an affidavit of support for me wheb he filed for our I-129f last June to which we didn't. Moreover, he checkex the l intended" box to the last question with the remarks "i intend to marry (my name) as soon as she arrives here in the states thus giving her full support. I just received all the financial proof documents from my fiance yesterday and found out that he sent me the wrong original affidavit of support (with few errors in it). So i told him to make a new one and scanned it to me so I could print it since mailing me another one would be impossible already (won't reach me before my interview date) because of the upcoming US and Philippine holidays on the 24th and 30th this month.
