I don't really know how to read the chart but I get the jist of it I live in Montreal Canada and have been married four years, we've been together fourteen, we aren't spring chickens but we wanted to wait until my children had grown and flown the coop before attempting to have me move to the states...fourteen years is a long long time to wait to finally be " really married" In the meantime I'm selling my home here so that when I can finally move I'll have only to grab my stuff and go! thanks again. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Lost in the dark	Hello, I'm new here so forgive me if I'm in the wrong forum..I have a question for anyone please. My husband filed an I-130 for me on October 2 2012 and we received notification that it was received as well as they had cashed the check.. since then we have heard absolutely nothing. we have called numerous times to find out where our paperwork was, so far from different conversations we have been told, 1- it's in chicago ( where we went it) then it was sent to Missourri and then it was in the Albany field office. our number begins with MSC so when we check online we can't find a thing.. Does anyone know why it would go from one place to another and yet we were never advised? is it possible our paperwork was lost and they just haven't let us know? any words of wisdom would be appreciated..thank you	Lynnrj	Female	Canada	2013-04-23 11:27:00

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	WAC instead of MSC	We have been checking USCIS site and using the MSC infront of the number and after reading here that people get information when they change the MSC to WAC so I tried it and this is what I got!! my husband hasnt moved so why would the mail be undeliverable?? its just one thing after another with this immigration gig....     Card/ Document Production On May 20, 2013, the post office returned the Card we mailed to you as undeliverable. Please call 1-800-375-5283 to update your mailing address. This step applies to applications that result in an applicant receiving a card (such as a "green card") or other document (such as a naturalization certificate, employment authorization document, travel document, or advance parole). Applications will be in this step from the time the order to produce the card/document is given until the card/document is produced and mailed to the applicant. You can expect to receive your card/document within 30 days of the approval of your application. It kicked me out yesterday for trying too many times to get her an interview. Plus, I read on another forum than in June this year the computer was giving out interviews for people only that it was giving them like 3 days in advance of their application; barely enough time to get their St. Luke's exam done. Ridiculous! I don't know what the heck is going on over there but it is big time screwed up. I am hoping that by now you already got an interview date. After a scary address change email from USCIS that I didn't request, phone calls with agents, we got our NOA2 approved 7 months after mailing the application! We are beyond happy!!!! Good luck to the few others waiting!!! Congratulations!!! After a somewhat frustrating journey post interview, we have finally been Approved and ISSUED. Cannot wait to be reunited soon!!!   All the rest waiting, I know what you're going through....it can drive you crazy...but it will all run its course and sooner or later you'll get the visa I promise. I don't think anything speeds up the process. We'll just have to wait it out. I just hope everything goes smoothly after the NOA2. I hope the same thing. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	November 2013 TSC Filers	Thanks!  It's been a long time coming.   A word about the Embassy here in Manila.  The Immigration officials here had absolutely no interest in talking to me at all whatsoever.  I suppose they thought I was her pimp or something.  I really can't blame them with all the human trafficking going on.  However, the Manila Embassy has really cleaned up its act from my last visit there in 2003.  They have streamlined their processes and there are no horrible lines down the street for miles at 4:00 am.  The rules are quite simple now.  No on is allowed in prior to 15 minutes until their appointment.  Hence, there is no sense in lining up at 4 am for a 7:30 appointment.  Very well organized.   James That's a very good news! I am going to have my interview soon, might be in the month of October. I am hoping there would be no long lines waiting as early as 4am! Geez! I'm still nervous about the medical. But been taking notes of the preparations before the medical day. Congratulations to you both. You're getting closer to being together and visa journey is almost over!
