Yes you have to submit the I-134 for the K1 and K3 visa at the USEM. It goes into more detail, specifically how much you make and is used to determine if you meet the 125% pvoerty level.

What really struck was your post about getting married in Phil and you already applied for a K1 visa. That is for a fiance and yet you will be married before you depart. Perhaps I am missing something but you should be planning on maybe a blessing or engagement party in Phil. the real wedding should be in the US.

O yea once she gets the VISA I will go get her, we will have cerimony there for her side of family then we fly back together and marry legally here.

Does everyone have to submit a I-134? Seems odd the I-129f has all my job info you think they could do all that from it . O well anyone know?

Also what does 'Touched ' mean I couldn' t find in the terms list. I plan to fly over in May we are getting married in Iligian for her family then fly back for one in TN with official paper work etc.

I am 4months into this , VCS is processing April I submitted in Oct. I should be near recieving NOA2!
