IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Approved, how long to interview date is given.	I was expecting an interview date to be set the end of jun or the begining of jul for an august interview, it is now the 10th and we have heard nothing, i have tried to call the nvc but there line is either overloaded or not working like it used to I keep getting a busy signal instead of being put on hold. does anyone have any insight to either of these concerns, looking for enlightenment or encouragement, its very difficult getting this far only to wait for months on an interview date. Dear Sir or Madam: The National Visa Center has received all documentation necessary to complete pre-processing of your case. As soon as an interview date has been scheduled, the applicant, petitioner and attorney (if applicable) will be notified. The applicant should NOT make any travel arrangements, sell property, or give up employment until the US Embassy or Consulate General has issued a visa. The US Embassy or Consulate General may require additional documentation at the time of the interview. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	I-130	My spouse has a Two and a half year old son who is not my biological child but has never known any father but me since he was 6 months old. Do I need to fill out a separate I-130 for him, on the I-129 there is a space for my spouses child but on the I-130 I have not seen this same block, any help would be greatly appreciated. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	I-130 sent to National Benefits Center	I received an e-mail today stating "your case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS National Benefits Center for processing". This is not listed as a processing center on VJ under AILA reported processing times, and When I go to the National Benefits Center to check the processing times they do not list I-130 on there processing times chart. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	MSC timelines.	In order to help spread the load USCIS sent our I-130 to the MSC has anyone else had there I-130 processed at the MSC and how long did it take to get to NOA2, there is no timeline info available on VJ or the USCIS tracking sites for MSC when it comes to form I-130. MSC should also be added to the timelines section of VJ for those of us that don't get processed in the usual service centers we had to pick one to enter the timeline but we are not at the texas sc.
