Waivers (I-601 and I-212) and Administrative Processes (221g)Has anyone got their I 601a Waiver approved?

I found a awesome Facebook page of an attorney.     https://www.facebook...lWaiverAttorney  She has posted that she knows of about 5 or 6 that has already got approved but she also says that, they have report a lot of RFEs.  I wish you the best.  We filed our I-601A waiver on 04-18-2013 and had our biometrics appointment on 05-15-2013 but have not heard anything since then.

Has anyone received a decision of their I-601A waiver yet? Our waiver was filed on April 12, 2013 and our biometrics was done on May 15, 2013.

Waivers (I-601 and I-212) and Administrative Processes (221g)I-601A process

This is just an email stating that the NVC acknowledges that you are planning to file the I-601A waiver.  The I-130 petition has to be approved before the NVC gets involved so don't worry we received the same email.  It only means that they are going to continue to gather the require documents from you and process them.  Good Luck I hope that you receive a approval soon.  Oh by the way, I submitted my I-601A waiver on April 12, 2013 and had the biometrics on May 15, 2013.  Now, we are waiting, not so patiently!  unsure.png

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress ReportsHas anyone had a I-601A Waiver approved yet?

USCIS acknowledged that they received my I-601A waiver package on April 18, 2013.  My husband was scheduled for his biometrics appointment  on May 15, 2013.  We attended the appointment as scheduled but have not heard anything else.  Has anyone gotten a I-601A waiver approval yet?  I have read about them on an attorney's Facebook page but just wanted input from the actual people who have been approved, denied or RFE.  If there is anyone who has received a decision on this waiver, I would really like your input.  Thanks

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & ProceduresDo I have enough evidence to prove a BONA FIDE MARRIAGE for my husband's visa in Cuidad Juarez?

I am gathering documentation for our visa interview (not yet scheduled) in Cuidad Juarez.  I need to know what other documentation I could submit along with our visa package to ensure that we are not referred.  I know there is no way to determine that this will not happen but I want to be as prepared as possible for his interview.  This is a list of documentation that I already have and if you can add to my list, it would greatly be appreciated.  I also love to receive advice for our fellow immigrant applicants.

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & ProceduresIs my husband's tattoos going to be a problem for getting his visa in Cuidad Juarez?

I am worried about my husband's denial just because it would be impossible for myself and my children to live in Mexico with our medical conditions.  Just a little history, I have OCD, Bipolar type 2, anxiety disorder, asthma, heart murmur, severe allergies to pollens, pollutants, and some foods, and some other medical conditions.  My 6 year old daughter has Chronic Severe asthma, hydrohydrosis, eczema, ADHD, heart murmur, and severe allergies.  My 4 year old has febrile seizures, severe allergies, and a heart murmur.  I also am the sole caregiver to my elderly grandparents and if I was to have to move to Mexico, it would leave them to fend for their selves and eventually lead to them being put in a nursing home.  I am a family person and we could NOT live our lives without our support system, my husband and their father.  I currently work in a substance abuse clinic and make $2000.00 monthly and my husband's income is obviously needed for us to survive.  This is why I am so worried!  My life depends on this APPROVAL!  I really appreciate the support from this forum.  Keep the advice coming.

I have heard that in Cuidad Juarez, Mexico they question you extensively about tattoos and drug use. Thanks for your input!

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & ProceduresIs my husband's tattoos going to be a problem for getting his visa in Cuidad Juarez?

My husband has tattoos from when he was younger, none of which is gang related.  He has the Mexican Eagle that blends into the Aztec Calendar on his chest, An Indian Princess with a dream catcher around it (In honor of my late Mother) on his back, a girl pouring water into a stream (Aquarius Symbol) on his back, a Kanji symbol meaning "heartbroken" on his forearm, and another Kanji symbol that we just found out means absolutely nothing on his other forearm.  I found information online for all of these tattoos to help explain the meaning to the medical exam physicians and the US Consulate but I still am a little worried about them thinking he is a bad person because of his body art.  I also found documentation on the tattoo that means nothing.  I guess this is a tattoo that a lot of people were getting, thinking it meant to "Live for Today" but it was a young dumb mistake. Can anyone help me? unsure.png  Is there a chance they will deny him based solely on his tattoos?  No criminal convictions or arrests.  Married almost 8 years with 2 children and together for almost 9 years.  No separations.  He has been in the United States for 13 years and entered EWI when he was 17 years old.  Married not only in the courts but also in the Catholic Church.

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & ProceduresAdditional Documents needed

Hey guys.  I'm new to this site, and i'm loving reading everyone's journey.  My fiance' lives in El Salvador and was approved about 5 weeks ago for his visa.  However, there was one document that I had faxed him and they told him they needed the original copy of the document.  They told him it wasn't a big deal, just mail us the document and we will mail you your visa.  I express mailed that document and he received it one week later.  He sent it in and they received the document on May 18th.  We have been on "administrative processing" since that point.  Does anyone know how long it usually takes or is every case different?  Also, when we check the status of his passport, it was saying "in tranist to post" and now it just says "no update is avail".  Any helpful hints would be great. :)
