IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & ProceduresDo I state it as: “the base salary plus commission “

Similar situation but I am in sales so I have a base salary and the rest is commission.

Do I state it as: ?the base salary plus commission ?

I want to change employer, so if I do change employer before the interview do I mention it to the immigration officer at the interview? Do I not bring it up?  If I bring it up at the interview will it delay the process before new employer is not reflected on the paper work ?  any feed back will be appreciated

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedureswithdrawal of application for admission/ cr-1 interview date of 12/05/2013

My wife's interview date is coming up in a month. But there is one issue that we are not sure how it may unfold and want to be prepared. Wife is 27 yrs. old from Tijuana and had a tourist visa since the age of 15 till the age of 23

Situation:

In 2009 she when crossing from TJ to San Diego she applied for the i-94 and the immigration officer decided to search her and found a copy of a social security card in your luggage. The ssn number was never used by my wife. She has no records of her working in the US because she in reality never worked in the US. The immigration officer kept her there and ran her background and finger prints to verify if any records came up and nothing came up. So at that point the office had nothing only a copy of the ssn. The office asked for proof of economic solvency, her responds was that she lived at home, her dad is the provider, and she had no reason to have to work. The officer then grabs her phone and called a random contact on her cell; the office pretended to be a financial institute and asked the person who picked up how long my wife lived and worked in the US, the person on the other end of the call being a friend answered 6 months, the friend though she was doing my wife a favor because she was thinking it was a financial institute and not an immigration officer.my wife was returned to TJ and denied entry to US.

The paperwork I have for that incident is the I275 and under basis of action the officer checks the following boxes that read; APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION WITHDRAWN and VISA BCC CANCELED.  The document has a brief description of the incident I described above, and has disposition of 212(a) (7)(a)(i)

The last page says ? for immigrant without immigrant visa of the INA as amended.. subj withdrew her application for admission, in lieu of removal proceedings. The subject?s DSP-150 was cancelled according to the immigration Law and returned to Mexico. ?

Questions we have;

Can this be used against her at the interview in Juarez?

If used against her to deny ?the spouse visa? at the interview is there a waiver for it?

What is the waiver called?

Can we submit the waiver at the consular in Juarez to save time?
