USCIS Service Centers	VSC Updated their processing times page, and it's not pretty	This doesn't fill me with confidence, but today the USCIS page updated VSC processing times. I-129F's show as 8.9 months, and the detailed page now shows.... *gulp* 14 June 2011 as the current processing date.... LOTS of other petitions now show as MUCH longer wait times.... what the heck happened! I called them yesterday and spoke with a real person and he said they were on Nov.13th 2011 and that if i didn't hear something within 30 days to call them back. Hope this helps? Long story short me and my ex wife never made it to the 2 year agreement and she left while i was at work one day so I have been told I'm hooked on the support part but i also heard i can write a letter to the USCIS and might get her investigated when she tries to get the condition removed or tries to get a 10 year Green Card but i need her A#, she took every paper that had to do with anything and everything on the visa getting here here and all the papers on her AOS so i have nothing. Everything happens for a reason! that i know for sure weather good or bad and yes it would really suck to go threw all the motions waiting time,pay all the fee's then get to the interview and get denied that would piss me off in a way well you know what i mean. I know there are a lot of wrong ways that they do this and should do it a certain way and not judge people because an older woman in love with a young buck and so on but it happens that way! As for your son if you think he will not be taken care of right then i would pursue in trying to get him back to you in the states. Like if she and daughter are there first thing in the morning when would they be through for the day roughly so i can decide if i need to book an extra night for a hotel and the return flight? Philippines	medical	Yes i know about when to pay for the visa at BPI but wasn't sure if i could go to any BPI to pay it, also about the Medical being she and my new daughter will have to ride a bus 10 hours just to get to Davao then fly to Manila i though maybe she could try somewhere there in Davao to save her a trip and me some money (LOL)and just go to Manila for the interview and orintation when the time comes? why does it have to be there in Manila anyways? Philippines	medical	so what i'm hearing is a least plan on 2 days, Does it matter that her daughter will going too she's 7 will it be the same? i'm not there and she just this week had her time of the month! So i'm hoping to get the new number so i can get a interview date soon as possiable. we are waiting for the NVC hopfully get there by then end of next week and then they send it to the U.S Embassy in manila the following week so hope to have all the visa's paid and medical done by the end of May first of june and the interview done no later than end of june. so they can come first half of july???????? Wonder if my fiancee will not have trouble with them being she is 28 soon to be 29 and has a child that is 7. I do know the Philippines in general the stores/malls are picky when hiring girls there they wouldn't even hire my fiancee just because she was over 25 what kind of bull is that? Philippines	Sending Money Back Home	My fiance is the same and i support her now until she and my daughter to be get's here, She is very thoughful as your pinay is. Don't get mad at her over this because she will be sad for trying to do what she though was best just tell her from now on to come to you if something comes up and needs to send money home. But i will say this Even though she is probably the best thing that ever happen to you and would do anything you ask of her....but she not her family and sometimes they will start to ask for more and more? if this happens let her try to handle it and if you see she can't then step in and say something? Philippines	PROBLEM?	I ask the same thing a while back on here and was told it's normal for the child not to be listed on the NOA1 and 2. As long as you list all children that your petitioning with your fiancee. When we paid the visa fee i paid for each and got confirmation numbers on both and when i scheduled their interview i did them on line but ran into a problem when i list my name instead of my fiance so we had to call them and did get our interviews scheduled for the same day and have confirmation on both, the only difference is the time one is at 6:30am and the other at 7am don't really know why but will let you know what happens on the 26th of this month which is the interview Date. you might want to call again and get a supervisor next. I'm still waiting too! was at 4 months on April 2nd, The timeline keeps changing so what i have been doing is stop looking all together and when it comes it will come! Yea it drives you crazy but really if your at 2 months and your already acting like it's killing you..... wait till the 4 or 5 month comes? And then there's a chance for a RFE to come instead of the NOA2. Bottom line you have patience weather you like it or not! She knew of her doubts before he got here, and the fact that she found out he was sexting was only AFTER she confronted him about her own feelings. Why did she wait until he got here to say what she really felt? On both sides they lied to each other, and who knows what else they lied about to the USCIS and the CO in order to get him here. At what point is it OK to lie, at all??? We have all worked very hard to get our SO here without lying. Cases like this are the reason it is so difficult for everyone else. As for you people who think she should be congratulated your crazy as she is! I don't understand how people do this without thinking before hand you have at least 5 to 8 months to think about it before they even get on the plane to come here. I know there a lot of us on here who have been waiting and waiting to see our fiancee/fiance for the last 5 months or so going threw the process to be with them again. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	only november filer without NOA2!!:(	Molly, I'd keep calling mine was only out 5 months and a day, I am the petitioner as what told them and said i was out of the time line area so she gave me a number and that she would make sure they got it at the Vermont processing center and that i should hear something within 15 days low and behold very next day i got a text saying that my status had changed and then went back on line there it was. wonder why they didn't give you a number and then you got a email for 60 more days something not right?
