Waivers (I-601 and I-212) and Administrative Processes (221g)	In Admin Processing at NVC	Good Morning VJ I have searched the internet high and low for the answer....I have made numerous calls for the answer....with no luck so maybe someone on here can shed some light... After our interview at the Lagos Consulate in Nigeria we were put on adminstrative processing for not being able to prove bonafide relationship...Our petition was sent back to the states to NVC...I understood that all APs were sent to USCIS to be reviewed....and I know of another case same time as mine that has been forwarded to USCIS....I keep calling NVC and get the same answer they have recieved our case ....It was recieved at NVC 4 weeks ago and that it will stay at NVC...and not be forwarded to USCIS....I told them I thought all were sent to USCIS and there answer was who told you that they dont know what they are saying...that AP could be done at USCIS, NVC, or Consulate.... So my question is what is the difference in your case being in AP at USCIS or being in AP at NVC?????? I want to know if this is a good thing or not.... Im so confused.... just wonder why they say that you not able to prove bonafide relationship? what did u show them ? Waivers (I-601 and I-212) and Administrative Processes (221g)	need to know what it means please	You only send in I-134 for K-1 petitions, if you send in I-864, it will be rejected and your visa will be denied.  You and your co-sponsor should only use I-134. thank you I'm little confused because its says i need to submit the i-134 and if i used a joint co sponsor the form was i-864 i attached the letter they gave my fiancee.. Waivers (I-601 and I-212) and Administrative Processes (221g)	need to know what it means please	Were you given a 221g and does it state you can provide the affidavit of support and financial proof needed? yes n they say that needed to get an i-134 co sponsor thats the letter said.. .. but some people here in vj say i need i-864... Means that the sponsor did not meet the financial requirements to sponsor someone for a visa... You will need to show proof of more income or get a co-sponsor... This refers to the 864, affidavit of support... Waivers (I-601 and I-212) and Administrative Processes (221g)	221g	That is basically the problem, they don't need anything they just told me to wait and we will contact you Read questions in MENA section, AP and specially LONG ones is so common around here They say males go thru a longer and lengthier process. It's basically a background check If your process is only at the embassy level you have a better chance to get out of it quicker but if it's DC related clearance I'm afraid you're gonna be in for a long time Try to be patient as there is nothing you can do at this point but waiting it out Good luck thank you for the info they requested us the 2011 n 2012 tax n original i-134 even though i sent them one already emailed them last week n they reply me that they haven't even review the case yet and they will contact me when they need anything     good luck to us inshallah we will all reunite with our love ones.	salie_adnan10	Not Telling	Saudi Arabia	2014-02-03 21:14:00

You aren't refused. Philippines	Medical exam did not pass and I-129F is going to expire.	My fiance in the Philippines went to the medical exam and they told her there's something abnormal on the x-ray of her lungs and now she has to go back there THREE TIMES to get a sputum test.  Her interview was going to be November 21 and the I-129F is going to expire on November 23.  They told her to call the embassy to cancel her interview.  I know that only a consular can extend the validity of her I-129F.  Is there anyone who knows how we get that to happen?   hi i remember my dad when he went to his medical exam they said the same thing and he had to go on sputum test n treatment for 6 months and they adjusted his interview buy me going in there to the manila us embassy because they won't interview you till the medical is clear as far as i know.. good luck	salie_adnan10	Not Telling	Saudi Arabia	2013-11-13 01:07:00

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	help	Did you guys submit the form G1145 (E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance) along with your application ????? you should get an email/text message within a week or so... if you did not submit this form, it can take up to 30 days to get your NOA 1... even though the majority of the time takes about 2 weeks.... good luck!!! yes i did submit that form with my email address and phone number on it.
