United KingdomVaccination list is very confusing... help :(
Hi, my London k-1 interview date was given just a few weeks after we sent the 3rd packet in at the start of May and the interview is on the 18th of june and the medical is on the 9th of june so its getting stressful.
I am unable to get a vaccination record from my doctor as i'm not a very regular visitor there and they don't have any record of me having any, the only vaccinations I can remember are when I was at school (im 33 now). The local authority and the main hospital for the area dont have the records that go back that far.

I'm trying to work out from the Knightbridge medical form what I need to ask my doctor for but I can't work it out. Its all yes and no and this and that.

http://www.usembassy...ical_letter.pdf

Its on the page before last. Any help would be great :)

It could take 55-100 days to receive packet 4 or just to receive an interview date? Does the interview date come with packet 4? Sorry, I know I'm probably asking silly questions, I'm just anxious and want to make sure we have it all straight. Can't really afford to mess this thing up.

Ok, we mailed off our packet 3 to the London Embassy about 2 weeks ago and we were wondering about how long it takes to hear back from them? We are considering emailing to verify that they've even received the packet. Should we just wait a bit longer for a reply or should we have had news by now?

I'm not worried.. I'm excited!!! goofy.gif I was just wondering if they cashed the check that fast, about how long after that do you receive the NOA in the mail. I was just wondering what to expect next.

Now that this has been done, about how long does it take to receive the first NOA? I am looking at the flow chart and the typical time is 2-3 weeks but our check was cashed in a matter of days. Is this a good thing? I'm a nervous wreck and as giddy as a school girl! energy.gif

First and foremost, my post was not about imposing guilt on anyone!
You have nothing to feel guilty about - especially since the applications seem to be processed in a random pattern and are completely out of our control.
Of course we are happy for anyone who is moving through the process because maybe we will be next!
Sorry if it came out sounding like resentment; that's not the case.
It's all part of the roller coaster I referred to...you know that kind of intimidating one at the park that is only 30 seconds long but seems like hours when you're on it and you sometimes feel like you're going to barf?

I said in my post that I may be taking it out of context and that I was sorry if I was. You obviously didn't mean it the way I took it so, again, I am sorry.

I understand perfectly how all of you feel. Just because I have my NOA2 doesn't mean the waiting is over. All of us still have a long way to go before it's all over and behind us.

Now I have a whole new set of nerves to ponder on and drive myself insane with. Will I meet the 100% income requirement?, if not can I get a sponsor. Will we pass the interview? How long is it going to take for all the appointments and interviews and paperwork going to take.

I think we just all want our spouses home safe and in our arms where they belong, and we are going to end up making ourselves sick with worry and anxiety until they are.

As far as the UK's getting their petitions approved first, I don't know about that. Did you mean the petitioner from UK or the beneficiary from the UK? In my case ,me (the petitioner), is from the US and he (the beneficiary) is from the UK.

Hey all anxious October NOA1's:
How are you dealing with this emotional roller coaster?
One day I'm full of hope and the next I'm staring at these lists and time lines and wondering when, when, when!?!
Then someone with a later NOA1 gets an approval and while you are happy for them, you say to yourself Why Not Us?
It's discouraging to think our future lives are in the hands of a complete stranger who could make a monumental decision and all we can do is WAIT.
I keep kicking myself for not sending my paperwork in September when things were actually moving.

First off, I just want to say thank you to all of you who are still waiting for your NOA2s. You were very supportive and congratulatory for me when I finally got mine.

Second off, about the above post. I'm sorry if I'm taking this out of context, but, don't you think that I feel guilty enough about the fact that so many people ahead of me in the list got skipped over and I got my NOA2 before they did? I don't come to this site very much other than to read up and learn as much as I can about this process that I and everyone else here is dealing with, and to see how my fellow Octoberians are doing. I came back to this thread today hopeful that soo many of them had received their NOA2s and found this instead. It does dishearten me and makes me feel even guiltier to see it called out this way.

Again, I want to wish everyone here a speedy NOA2. You (we) all deserve it and have worked hard and earned it. Even if it's taking longer than expected, you deserve a pat on the back for all the courage and hard work you have put into this.

Ohhhhh my god! Something I just figured out all on my lonesome... if people do NOT update their time lines.. the list doesn't update as fast! The Approved list goes by our time line updates.. I put N/A for my RFE slot and that is EXACTLY how it shows in the list! Is this how it works? Or is it just a coincidence?

We've been watching the list as well and I think I'm about to bug out. We've bounced up and down from the same 2 places for the last several days. We'll move up a place and be all yay and then check it again only to find we've moved back down to our previous place. Now every time we check out time line it says this : Processing
Estimates/Stats : There are not enough recent approvals in the timeline system to accurately approximate when your I-129f will be approved. Please see the Timeline Stats page to see recent approvals. It's really really disheartening.

And things were really moving right before the holidays. :(

So looks like we've just moved from 30 days to 60 days processing time. I can live with that. Means I should be getting mine here in another two or three weeks. smile.gif

Where do you find this? Where it shows your current processing times? I've been to the NVC site and it just keeps giving me how long it takes for approval.. something like 5 months. Obviously I'm looking in the wrong spot.. where should I be looking?

HUGE CONGRATULATIONS!!!!... for all of you who have got your NAO2! kicking.gif

Nope, we were late October filers too. Got our NOA1 October 29th and been chewing my nails to bloody nubs ever since. I saw in the California October filers thread something about a "list"? It showed all the approved and waiting to receive NOA2s. I would love to set my big beautiful browns upon that. I have no idea what the wait time is looking like for the NOA2.... but by god it better be soon or I won't even have fingers left!

I need to know what happens when you can't remember specific dates for the G-325a form. It asks for all previous residents and employments and dates for the last 5 years. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & ProceduresDivorce papers?
Ok, I went today to gather all the information and paperwork that I am going to need to file for the K-1 petition. I got my work history for the last 5 years and a round about history of my living history for the last 5 years, birth certificate and copies of my divorce papers. Now, what I am wondering is.. about the divorce papers.. (I swear that file was a mile wide), do I need a copy of every page in that folder from the clerk of court's office or just the "Final Judgement and Decree"??? I made sure I got two copies of that because it had to be notarized and I wanted to have backups of all original documents. Now I guess I'm just looking for reassurance that I did indeed get the right document, because I can't seem to find that page for reference for the life of me.
