K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Found we were approved from the NVC	This didn't happen to Courtney and I however we did sign up on the USCIS website to email notification when something changed on our application. We didn't and still havn't received any email saying we had received our NOA2. From what i've seen this is pretty common. Only way I knew we had been approved was by physically checkinmg myself. Courtney did receive the hard copy of the NOA2 two days ago now in Colorado. I phoned NVC today and they told me they received our approved application on October 6th and it should take 5 working days before they send it to the London embassy. It really is true that things move a lot faster once you get the approval from CSC. I just hope the rest of our process and everyone else's continues to move as fast. The main thing is you are no longer at CSC and now that you have the new reference number form NVC it is a lot easier to track the progress. My application only spent 2 days at NVC and I received my Packet 3 from London Embassy today. Things definitely move alot faster once its out of California's hands. The best I have seen so far is someone from Scotland (like me) who filed at CSC and got NOA1 on May 12th. They got their NOA2 from CSC on September 19th so that has given me a bit of encouragement. I'm trying to look at the positives rather than the negatives. It does appear that CSC is SLOWLY catching up with VSC so fingers crossed we all get the news we deperately want soon!
