Ok I was looking around on her and I am not finding any recent topics about this. Right now aprox. hoq long does it take you to get you appointment letter for CDJ from you petition approval date?

After looking at the headline news they got me worrying now I have plans to fly down to El Paso and take a ride accross the border to meet my fiance when he goes through this interview process but I do not know how safe it would be for me to do this now as this just happen yeasterday.

I would say be honest, and put down all the addresses within the last couple of years, especially if theres a different address on your tax returns. I don't think that it will impact you negatively, and if it comes up you can explain to them why you didn't change your address.




I was think just to send a letter in with our i751 with saying when and why we moved. Because we started out living with my mother then we rented a house from my Mother's Bf and well my mother passed away a yr later and I was left the house she owned so we moved back to where we started at but we never notified anyone because if we go anything in the mail I always go it because it was my mother house we moved out of.

We filed my husband papers for Green card when when were living at one house we got it and then moved for a little less than a year but and We did not notify anyone and I think we were suposed to but we now moved back the the same address we started at and going to file ROC but on the form it ask if you ever lived anywhere else what do I do? on the taxes we filed we are sending in it is going to show are other address we were at. Are we going to have problems because we moved and did not tell them but we are now back at original address.

I know this has been asked many times before and people had different thoughts on how it should be done but I want to see if anyone had done this recent and can help out. On part do you list you child born here from the marriage but is a US Citizen or no. As I take it from instructions I think I would not list my son who is my husbands step-child nor our son born here because both are us citizens and it says something about listing children that are Conditional. I seen some had said you must LIST all children and some say only if the are conditional what is your thoughts on how to take this?

Nothing the DHL says the same thing on the web site only that they have information about the shipment but nothing eles. We switched hotels to somthing cheaper since we do not know when the visa will be at DHL

I am just really worried because they did not give him his passport back and I though they did. But then again others say they do not give it back you get it at DHL with your visa. Then also whith someone saying they got sent back the the embassy for another interview and they way she acted just make me worried I will not be happy with it untill visa in hand just worried right now

Ok so he came back from his interview at 10am. He answered all the question not many the lady really did not look at any letter,emails,phones nothing. Said he was not ready to be in the us no money and does not speak english well and ask him if he though US was a bonito place for him and she told him it was not. But then she was back and said he was approved had him his paper he paid DHL and we have that did not give his pasporte back. I am worried because of how she acted and what she said I herd someone said DHL sent them back to the embassy

He was approved If you have not read my other post yet but still worried about what that lady said to him. I did sleep through it all I went to bed and was going to get up at 10am take a shower which i did but as soon as i got in herd a knock on the hotel door I was like great I do not need my room clean...lol....the lady bugged us the other day about cleaning. Well here we go or atleast him I get to sit around and pace the floor and to try and keep from going insane. He left early this morning for his interview. I here some people arounf waitting a long time to get their visa from DHL one over a week. Wonder what's going on with that and I hope that's not are case if he gets approved. Wow I did not think the hardest thing I would ever do is sit and wait, but it decides you future and someone does it for you it can really drive you crazy thinking about it. We did not sleep that much. guess i will go have some breakfast at the hotel and wait. whistling.gif

OK, For the letter of intent can I print one and we both sign it? My fiance does not write engllish he speaks spanish and also speaks a little english. I speak spaniah myself. SO we him writting a letter of intent it it would be in spanish. If he wrote one in spanish could i send a translated copy by me or does it have to be done professionally? Or can I can make on letter in engliah for the both of us and we both sign it?

What happens If we get denied through the process like if they say there is not enough proof of long term relationship? Can you start the process over again at a later date? We met on the internet in Nov. 07 but we only talked on MSN Mesnager and I did not save any coversation on there because i never thought at the time I would need them. I have more recent one A letter I sent back in Aug 08 a letter he sent me in Dic. 08 but I really do not have anything before that time.
