I am becoming very impatient. Paul is in Sydney and we filed in May (I went there for 3 weeks) and then spent another 2 weeks (was lucky my office let me work from the Sydney office so I would not have to take any more vacation) but over 3 months and no NOA2. This is your number that you can track on their website (nothing like FedEx) but once there has been a change it will notify you... all I can say is be patient! I am still waiting on NOA2! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	NOA2 - Documentary Evidence	You should have made a copy of the original since it is not guaranteed that it won't get lost, damaged or the USCIS ate it ;o). I am still waiting on my NOA2 as well and have all the supplementary information since we filed. Correspondence, trips that I have taken over there, police reports etc. Good luck. Once he gets here we are going to the justice of peace to get married and then start the I130 & I485 process... 90 days is not enough time to plan a wedding so we are having a formal wedding at a later time with friends / family. IT absolutely suck but this is how it is. We are going to the justice of peace and then planing our wedding when we want it since you have to get married within 90 days of his/ her arrival. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Wait times at CSC for I129(f)	I called CIS the other day and their operator told me that they are processing I-129(f) applications from April 2010. VisaJourney says CSC is processing applications with an NOA1 of June 2010. I understand how this forum calculates processing time (through actual applications of members) but why would CIS be giving out arbitrary dates such as "April 2010?" Thanks for a response. I have finished everything here in Australia and am not off to the US. I found this website great to help put everything together and ask anyone questions when I was freaking out. If you have any questions I would be happy to help. Good luck. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	nvc for june filers	Hey congrats on your approval! I waited about 5 business days and then called NVC. They had logged my case into their system on that very day so I wouldn't call any sooner than that! I was caught in between a holiday though so maybe that is why they were a bit slower. They can tell you your new case number and when they send it to the Embassy. The operator I talked to said it shouldn't take more than a week to get forwarded, and mine went the next day. I also found a thread on VJ that tells a little cheat on how to DHL track your package from NVC to your embassy. I can't seem to find it now but I'll tell you what I remember..... Go to DHL Track and search under the reference option, not the tracking number. Type in Exp 14 Oct 2010A.... Change the 14 to the day your petition is mailed out of NVC (so in your case it won't work yet) and you will see a list of all the DHL packages leaving Portsmouth, NH. Find one going to your country and it's probably yours. It will give you a tracking number and say if it has arrived and who signed for it. Mine was the only one going to Nairobi, so I know it's mine! And if you want to go the easier route-- just call DOS about 3-5 days after NVC forwards your petition and ask if it has been received by the Embassy. They will be able to tell you that for sure! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Recieved our RFE last night. Here is what it says and what we are sending back. Is it ok?	You need to make an entire copy of your passport from front to back, every single page.  Just sending the pages with the entry / exit stamp doesn't prove that they came from your passport.  Also if you have the boarding passes from the flights, make a copy of them and include them in your response, it would be helpful.	negative01	Male	Thailand	2013-09-08 18:33:00

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Gosh, a month waiting for case number	You are free to call NVC or DOS any time to inquire about your case.  Once they receive your file they will tell you they have and give you the new case number.  Once they send the package on its way to the embassy they do send the petitioner a letter in the mail with the case number.  Mine took right about a month from California to NVC.  You should have success soon.	negative01	Male	Thailand	2013-12-07 18:11:00
