If he left the country and came back and was let back in fine multiple times, should we be ok? ESTA is a chip in your passport, correct? So they will be able to track when he left the vountry after that first visit? He didn't do pre clearance as he was only planning on being here for two weeks, and decided to stay longer after flying to detroit. Are you automatically allowed a 90 day stay upon entering the US from a country that's part of the VWP? Yes he was able to stay for up to 90 days on the VWP. I think you will be alright! United Kingdom	Co-sponcer question	Hello all, My dad is going to co-sponcer me and he's going to be leaving June 15th for his summer vacation so were going to try to get his paper work done before he leaves, is there a problem filling out I-134 a bit early? Hopefuly we will get are NOA2 mid to the end of June. Next question, my dad is retired and recives a good pension so on th I-134 what else would he need other then his tax records and w2 for the London embassy? United Kingdom	Just Wondering	Hello all, I was just wondering if anyone that has gone thru the London embassy been refused a visa for the K-1 visa? My fiance'e was wondering if she should give notice at her job if it clears CSC by the end of June or early July, she has to give 3 months notice at her work (it in her contract) but she is worried that if she does give notice and then doesn't get a visa that she will not only be without me but be out of a job as well. Does this ever happen? She is a teacher and has no criminal record and there shouldn't be any red flags from are relationship, she just does want to be suck there without a job if everything doesn't go right. United Kingdom	How long until interview date?	Hi all, hope I'm asking this in the right place, and please forgive me if there's an answer to this question already and I've missed it. We got our I-129F approved a few weeks ago, and I called NVC today and got our case number, although our file hasn't arrived in London yet. I know from the guides that now we can go ahead and book my fiance's medical and we're preparing I-134s, but I was wondering, how soon should we expect an interview date? Is there any way to estimate based on others' timelines, like the NOA2 projection? Thanks so much. I'm not sure, but what I have found out it looks like about a month to 6 weeks from the time you send back package 3, I got that from looking at other peoples timeline. NVC sent are packages out on the same day, I did look it up and London has recived 2 of them shipped on the 12th of July. Hopefuly it's yours and mine! Good luck to you! Is it possible for him to join me during my visit to embassy for interview? Interview is for: IR1/CR1 immigration visa for US Citizen Spouse. US Embassy and Consulate Discussion	Another I-134 question	Sorry but I have another I-134 question. I just got my tax return trascripts from the IRS(all 4 pages for one year) I thought it would be just on one page anyway, my question is what part do they look at? wages and salaries(for one) but do they look at my gross farm income? or my taxable farm income? There is a big difference in the two and if it's taxable income I'm a little short for the 18,220. Another thing is I do have assets to cover the difference but not sure how to prove that I have them, I own livestock free and clear and the only record of them is when I pay the state taxes on them, do you think that would be enough proof that I do own them? and that the numbers are right? and how would I prove what there worth? If I went to buy them it would cost me about 1,000 a head, would a copy out of the AG papers showing what cows are selling for be enough proof? Any other ideas? I would like to thank and everyone who puts there two cents in and I would like to say this is a wonderful site and I'm not sure how a person would get thur this process without it! US Embassy and Consulate Discussion	I134 .. tax return question	I am filling out the i134... if I choose to send my fiance' a copy of my 2009 tax return and w2 ( as proof of income) will i need to get it notorized ? I would request a transcript of my taxes,but I think the IRS will take too long to get the information to me. We are going though the London Embassy. thanks for you help in advance I don't think you need to get them notorized, I called the IRS to get my tax transcripts and it only took about a week to get them to me, I have also heard that the embassy likes transcriots better then a copy of your tax return. And if you forget something in your bag like a camra, they will let you run down the street to put it up and they will hold your place in line, at least they did for my fiance. At our interview we were told that our Visa was approved pending receipt of police clearance form from Germany (My fiance was stationed there whole in the Army). My question is, how long is the turn around to receive our Visa and passport once the courier picks up them up? We were told it would be a simple process and should only take 3-5 days once everything was received by the Embassy. I am hoping to get some "real-time" experience from VJ users, as we are trying to arrange for him to move, set a wedding date, and purchase plane tickets, etc.. Thanks! I was wondering the same thing, my fiancee was told by the courier people when she paid them 3-5 days, so she thought she would recive everything back in 3-5 days, she called the courier company and was told that when they recive everything from the embassy it takes 3-5 days to deliver but it takes the embassy 1-3 weeks to forward everything to them. As so as we hear anything I'll let you know. Hopefuly some people who were approved in the last month or so will come forward and let us know how long it takes from the interview to reciving there passport and paperwork back. Also, how will I be able to find my case number to check the status through USCIS? Will it state that number on my NOA? I sent my packet on June 5th and still waiting on my NOA1. Then they will issue us with a date?? Thats how it comes across in the letter. You should have your packet 3 with the check list, once you have everything on the check list send it to the embassy and in about 3 weeks you will recive your packet 4 with your interview date. Once they log them into their system you will be sent out another letter, packet 4, providing you with interview date and instructions. You should be good for getting there for xmas, just get those forms filled out and sent back ASAP Just wanted to add that it will take about 3 weeks after you send in packet 3 to get your interview date.
