My fiancee heard about a visa service in Russia that will help you prepare all the necessary information for the interview, called Pony Express. Has anyone used this service? Russia, Ukraine and Belarus	K-1 and Medical Interview_Requirements	What's required at the medical interview for my fiancee? She told me she needs some MOS number or something, but I'm not sure what she's referring to. Is that the MNL# issued by the NVC, or is it her "A" number? She has an medical set up for April 2nd, but the NVC told me today that it takes about 15 business days to get the "Case #", which would be April 5. So, I'm trying to find out if we're going to have to reschedule this or not. I'm pretty sure MNL# is only for Manila embassy, whereas MOS# would be the Moscow consulate case number. Russia, Ukraine and Belarus	customs	Actually when I went to Russia, I attempted to make a version of cheesecake for American Christmas dinner. We went shopping, and several items, including cream cheese and corn starch, were very hard to find. I was able to locate cream cheese, it turns out they just call it something different. There was no corn starch..and vanilla is solid compared to the liquid extract we have in the states. So my attempt to thicken a raspberry glaze with potato starch, and then gelatin...was a horrible fail. But the cheesecake itself was absolutely delicious!! Russia, Ukraine and Belarus	New Moscow rules?	It is really not hard to get a Russian visa, all you have to do is go to one of the many passport/visa service websites. It takes about 3 weeks to process, and it costs about 250-300 dollars. You can rush the processing to about 5 business days for another 100 dollars I think. There is a form they will have you fill out, and you also need some form of invitation to Russia...but most visa service sites will provide the invitation for another fee. It isn't hard, but does take a bit of time to complete. I wish you luck! Hello all, Just looking forward to NOA2 sometime in the next two months I was getting things ready for the interview, and it looks like they finally updated the Moscow embassy website. The website now encourages that the petitioner attend the interview..Has anyone recently interviewed or heard about whether it is necessary for the petitioner to attend the interview? Russia, Ukraine and Belarus	I am lost and angry	Hello, just wanted to give some fresh input, as I just returned from Russia and had a successful interview As soon as the NVC gives you a case number you can schedule the interview on ustraveldocs website. You will have to pay first which can take 24 hrs to register on the site. Moscow is super empty right now for visas, as almost EVERY day was open to choose from. You can schedule and reschedule very easily. I would wait to do it though until after the embassy has your packet. The medical can all be done at one time, and my fiancee did this alone, but she said if she didn't meet someone else who was doing it she would have gotten lost, as you go somewhere else after the beginning. Later that day we picked up the medical records. The petitioner being at the interview is recommeneded for K-1, and I think it was pleasant for the consular officer to speak with me, but certainly wasn't required, as every other fiancee visa that was there was approved. I'm not sure about Pony express yet because I left before she had passport in hand, but I will update with that news when I have it. US Embassy and Consulate Discussion	Received Case # from NVC, Can I schedule Interview?	Actually for Moscow you have to wait for your package to get to the embassy. It will let you schedule an interview on the website, but they will make you reschedule because they dont have your packet.
