K-3 Spouse Visa Process & ProceduresAOS
Thank you all for you answers. We all do live together for now. (That will change right before my husband gets here.) Do I still just need my dad to fill out the I-864A?

K-3 Spouse Visa Process & ProceduresAOS
If my parents file a joint tax return, but one on there own makes enough money to cover the requirements of the AOS form, Do i still need to have all household members sign the form or can i just use the one person ? Do both parents have to fill out the form or just the one that makes the highest income ?
Thank You

K-3 Spouse Visa Process & ProceduresHelp!!
Okay so I went to gather up my tax return form and W2 to get the copies made to send in with the AOS, and I can't find this past years form or W2. I'm pretty sure someone in the house accidentally threw them in the trash. Anyone else had a similar problem or does anyone know if I can get a copy of those forms from the IRS and how I do that?

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & ProceduresI'm just beginning the process and would just like some idea of what to expect
My husband and I got married on Sept. 21,2009 while he was here on a visit from Australia. I received a letter in the mail today from CIS saying the the I-130 petition had been approved. We have tried to do some research to know what to expect, but I'm worried maybe we haven't understood things right. Can anyone tell me what to expect from this point on and approximately how long the rest of the process will take? Any info or advice would be greatly appreciated.

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & ProceduresAOS QUESTION
Okay, my dad filled out an I 864A. I thought I read somewhere that the form needed to be signed by a notary, but now I can't seem to find where I read it at. So my question is does my dad's form have to be signed by a notary?
