Middle East and North AfricaMale Circumcision
do you realy think you could enjoy a party right after your son gets circumsized? i doubt it. My wife took our son to have it done 2 weeks ago, he is 6 years old. she is in P.I. and I U.S. I can tell you she was a wreck, didn't sleep for 2 days and cried for 2 more. typicaly the boys will stay at home and not go out for at least 4 or 5 days, coz they will wear a dress of some sort. pants would be unbearable to wear. its not 1,2,3, and its over! you must make sure it is cleaned and does not try to heal the wrong way. or he will go through more unnessesary procedures. which also is painful. do everyone involved a huge favor, and do it A.S.A.P. WHEN HE IS AN INFANT. my son got his choice of Whatever toy he wanted.we felt awful about it. my wife and I wanted it done. but there is a steep price to pay for waiting....good luck... hope this helped

I don't anticipate any problems with my age gap with my wife. I'm 41 and she's 22.

My husband and I have a 12 year age difference.

It's been brought up many times.....age doesn't seem to matter except in really extreme cases.

We also have a 12 year age difference. I (female) am older. I worry about this and feel that it would be the only reason we would be denied for a visa. I'm hoping it's not an issue, but one never knows.

We lived together for almost a year so I hope that eliminates any uncertainty the consulate may have.

I am 10 years older than my fiance. The only person who has ever made an issue out of it was me smile.gif When we were first together I worried about being older for practical reasons. Neither his family nor mine has ever cared, and our friends say they don't notice a difference. It wasn't an issue at his interview either.

*******
Do you mind if i ask you the specific practical reason why you are worried about your 10 years age difference?

you should be careful how far you let yourself slip into depression. that won't do any good. you need to be a lot stronger. this journey is not for the weak minded. your mental state of mind during this process and your interview is very important. if you can not handle this, then how will you handle all the changes you will go through when you get to the USA. everyone here that is apart from their SO is also lonely, but the patience you lern here will go a long way in raising a family or being in a new family... be strong and good luck !!

I am sure that everyone that got transfered will get approval soon. We all must continue to be patient and support each other. This process's is painful for everyone here. It will make our relationships with are partners stronger because of all the suffering we have all had being apart. I try and stay busy so time will pass faster.

I think as my personal view that people who have waited long are judging the people who just filed at CSC in a wrong manner. We are all humans and we have emotions that affects us. This process is more emotional than rational. The rationality does say that people should have been gone through as FIFO in ideal sytem but on the other side al those CSC filers who got approved luckily in a month has given a hope to filers who filed after them would be the same case.

I am precisely talking about my experience, this is the time when we just detached from our significant other and start the process with heavy heart of dealing to live for next few months and suddenly we found our process will be going to delay. When these people such as me raised concern in the way that VSC should be working in the right way rather than slowing down CSC than we were accused of being impatient and unreasonable.

I would personally prefer my case to be at the last once the whole backlog is cleared, its not as easy as it is said but I would deal with it. Again its a rollercoaster ride sometime we are high in happiness and sometime we are low in sadness. We should try to support each other in a right manner than being selfish with our own personal issue.

i disagree, I think everyone should get in line and wait their turn. forget about vsc and csc. this is the USCIS. what next? do we break this down to the particular person in their cubicless performing the work. whatever is going to happen, will happen. crying about who's next is just stupid !!!

But after submitting them really quick - I got a touch , and then an appoval. Expediting case, calling senators didn't work for me . Well, hang in there, everybody, who still didn't get there approval! It will come. I know how you fell...

OK, OK,....I am a man and I started this...lol... yes we r more use to seeing things get done at a fast pace..we see ouorselves as ambitious, others see us as pushy, and do we care?. not really as long as it gets done TODAY... NOT TOMORROW..BUT I agree there is no reason to drag this already frustrating process out..thanks for the reply

QUOTE (WestmorelandLove @ Jun 18 2008, 03:28 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
My husband has been here since January and the first two months things were cool - no arguments/quarrel. But by the third month (April) and he still hadn't received his work permit that's when the arguments began - it would seem like everyday.

He went into depression mode because he couldn't contribute to the household - I explained to him over and over that things would be okay and just to chill and relax - but he couldn't. So since he was depressed/frustrated - everything was an argument. Example - why don't you show me the bills? You're already depressed about not being able to contribute - so if you see what your wife has to pay every month - without complaint - will you stop starting arguments?

Sorry so long - just wanted to vent!

Well at least for us, its not just USCIS or NVC, its every thing.

My hubby needs a push (more than just ONE push) to get his work done. From getting a credit card for himself, to renewing his state id, to arranging his room, to calling his dad, to reminding him about his tax payment and well the usual waking him up every morning by 5:30am.

Its kind of funny how we live so apart from each other but I still rule his world and till the time he doesn't hear me yelling at him to do these things, he doesn't do it. So basically if he has anything important to do, he just lets me know once and then he knows I will after him till the work is done. WoW, I feel such a good baby sitter........opps hubster sitter tongue.gif
