K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Applying for K1 Visa HELP..	Hi everyone. I am Ish. I just joined this forum since I've been reading positive feedbacks about it on the internet. I need to ask couple of questions from you so I would know the first step I should do for me to get married in US. I have a boyfriend who lives in Massahusetts, USA. I am living in Philippines. I am a Filipino. He is coming here on October for our engagement. And after that we will then proceed to applying for a fiance visa in order for us to get married in the US. Question, for how long does it normally takes for the visa to get approved? And after we get married, can I still stay in the US? What type of visa Should I apply in order to stay in the US with him and hopefully be a permanent resident so we'd never be apart for long? And can I study there too? Cuz we are planning to continue my education there.. He won't let me come back here and study still cuz it's going to be years to be apart before I graduate.. And also, once we get married in US, can I bring my mom, dad and sister to witness my wedding? Thank you guys! Hoping for a response from you..
