Removing Conditions on Residency General DiscussionI-751 November 2013 Filers

The info in the website was last updated Dec 31, 2013. And this means that as of Dec 31, 2013 they were processing cases dated July 2, 2013. However, this is just approximate info. As you can see here, there are August, September and October filers who have already been approved and also June, July filers who are still waiting. Basically each case processing time depend on an IO who is working on it.

i wouldn't necessarily say that. Over 85% July filers got approved so far. Those 15% people seem like they might be not updating their status after they got approved. Also, those July filers who just got approved are the ones who got RFE in Jan or Feb...

What i am trying to say is lets not worry/concern too much about it. It seems like the avg. processing time is still 4~6 months. And lets not forget that there was a government shutdown from Oct 1st to 16th which can definitely delay things more...

best wishes...

I don't think it does....It depends on the number of applications ahead of yours.....so basically even if you finger print before someone whose application is ahead of yours, their case will still have precedence over yours...I could be wrong though!

i think this topic is stil ongoing. It really depends... If the biometrics is the gating factor of the process so they are waiting on that, then it could help speeding up the process i believe. Some people had luck with that so i wouldn't necessarily say it doesnt help.

Succesful walk-in biometrics this morning. The whole thing took about 45 mins.

mine was little less than that.. i believe it was about 3lbs.. paid about 40$ for USPS express... since it goes by the weight..

My package was 4.5 LB lol!

update: received NOA1 on 11/7/2013

NOA1 date : 11/05/13

Did anyone submit their documents via USPS registered mail?

My wife and I mailed her documents at the beginning of November. We're cutting it close to the deadline, but the post office told me it would be delivered on November 5th. Now it's the 10th and the tracking still indicates that it is sitting in Chicago (was mailed from NC, bound for Vermont). She's getting a little nervous.

i used the USPS Express mail just in case... no experience with registered mail... sorry

You could always call them and make them working and moving

almost the middle of Nov and yet there are only 4 or 5 of filers... i guess its a good thing??

I guess its time to start a thread for Nov. filers...

I just submited all of my documents (USPS express) to USCIS California service center...

Hopefully the govn't shutdown does affect much... just by looking at the Oct filers,, it seems like the processing time is about the same..

Anyways,, good luck to all Nov. filers out there =)
