IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - August 2014	Oh and sorry, I should clarify, for those of you who obsessively study timelines and count business days, like me I don't have a lawyer, got help from a Senator's aide who demanded a supervisor review.  Definitely lucky, and it is horrible that so many people have waited so long for a IV invoice.    Also, I am more than willing to share the email I sent to my Senator's office with anyone who is interested. I don't know for sure that it made a difference, but still happy to share if it would be useful to anyone.  may i have the email? because i am highly frustrated. i was expecting my husband to be here this month, now its looking more like November and i am totally fed up. April 8th my address was changed. April 29th i received email saying i am in Post Decision Activity and that my i-130 was approved and approval was sent to NVC.
