Ja sam zvala onu kliniku u Sarajevu u kojoj se radi medicinski pregled za vize i pitala sam doktoricu koliko vakcina moram primiti obzirom da nemam dokaz o prethodnim vakcinacijama i dobila odgovor da moram primiti samo jednu vakcinu a to je di-te-per , dakle nista strasno...........

moze li mi neko odgovoriti na pitanje za uvjerenje o nekaznjavanju potrebno za IR1 vizu.Ja sam ga izvadila u mupu a izvadila sam i jedno iz suda.Na ovom iz MUPa samo pise uvjerenje da ta i ta osoba nema podataka u krivicnom dosjeu, a ameri traze da u uvjerenje pokriva period za koje se izdaje , drugi problem je sto sam jedno vrijeme imala prebivilaste u drugoj opstini i iz njega ne mogu dobiti uvjerenje o nekzanjavanju, jer se ono izdaje samo u mjestu rodjenja, a za vizu traze mi iz oba mjesta, ako se neko razumije neka mi malo razjasni oko ovih uvjerenja

All morning I am trying to get a phone call to NVC but everytime the same -The system is not available now to speak with operator but AVR is available and than nothing I cann't get an operator I cann' t get AVR

Interesting....My case is still in the midst of being processed at NVC however I am curious to know how this works. In the DHL site, there are two mandory fields Reference # and Date. I missed a space EXP 15 OCT 2009A leave the date at what they had it set at when the page opened.. insert the ref code and 03801 as the zip code

Questions about traveling with conditional green card

hello redglasses and v333k- i have been outside the US for 4 months, and am about to return now.

Does the length of this period affect what documents are needed?

I have the same questation I wander can I travel with my conditinal green card out of USA , should I bring with me only my green card and passport or I have to obtain some more documents

USCIS lost my green card

I received on March 13th white paper in my mail that said "Congratulations .Your request for the removal of the conditional basis of your permanent resident status has been approved.You should received a new Card within 60 days<"
I never got an email that I was approved or that my green card production was ordered.On the USCIS web page it still say case pending.I call ucsic customer service and they do not know where is my green card, am I approved or what to do next.They told me to wait and maybe that green card is lost or sent to wrong address.They do not know did they print or sent green card .There is more than 60 days and still nothing.
My question is what to do next , because calling that customer number is not helping at all?

I found a latter in my mail box from local uscis office " Congratulations. Your request for the removal of the conditional basis of your resident status has been approved.You should receive a new Permanent Resident Card within 60 days". I have never got any emails, or sms message, and on USCIS page on status it still said " Initial review".
Date of decision 3/13/2012
If this is approval than you can update my timeline

Your spouse is the principal immigrant, so, yes, his/her information would go in Part 2. You also check Yes and I am sponsoring the principal immigrant named in Part 2 above in Question 8.

Question #9 would be checked if you are sponsoring more people besides your spouse. It will not be checked if you are only sponsoring your spouse.

No, you won't get the W-2s back, however the Tax Transcript itself has all the info from the W2 and it is an official document for USCIS.

she never ask for pic,email. none of the sort, but i was loaded with them.

Different Mother's Name in Birth and Marriage Certificates

I have the same problem, but I have the same mother's name on my Marriage Certificate and on my Birth Cerificate, but in papers I have sent with 130 petition I wrote her real name not like on Certificates, I didn't have a problem in USCIS but now I sholud send my DS230 and I hope it not couse a problem...I can only wait and hope I ll not get a RFE

There are unfortunatly 2 bills coming your way... The AOS $70 then the IV fee bill $400. Your approval is good for 1 year so if you need to wait, you have to do what you have to do. As far as the AOS, I assume that you have a co-sponsor to meet the financial requirements??

This is so annoying. Everyday its like you hold a glimmer of hope; all you have is this login website, where you enter in your credentials. It from that point then you reached the next possible screen, where your hopes can be dashed. If you see the receipt page, your over loaded with anger, stress, anxiety etc. But if' you get login failed, you cant contain your excitement, its an over spill.

My husband filled our I864 EZ forms for NVC and it was OK, but I have a worry for interview becouse he has a job now but few months before he was whitout job and I think that tax for this year will be bellow the poverty guideline , so could it be a problem or is it only important fact that he has a job at the interview date ?

I got the same kind of thing when my docs left NVC. Call DHL and tell them the two zip codes (from NVC to your consulate) I think NVC was 03801. They can research it based on the date shipped and tell you the tracking and when and who signed for it.

In my case when I find out the tracking info, I got up early to call the consulate to discover that I had an email with packet three DOH!

Thanks Gaynto, problem is I don't know when my papers are shipped, by NVC it was 3 th Novemeber but in embassy they told me it was yesterday so someone telling untruth embassy or NVC, I checked on DHL site and it was' nt any package for my embassy not on Novemer 3 and nothing yesterday........I can just waiting patiencly but I lost my patience....

Thanks Keysersoze, I hope it is mine but in embassy they told me they didn t recive mine yet , I saw another package shipped on Novemeber 17 for Sarajevo I hope some of those are mine.....
