USCIS Service Centers	IR-1CR-1 Processing Time is available for NBC.... Finally!!!!	Hello Everyone,  I just want to give heads up about NBC processing time. It is now available under Processing Times but still the trend chart and volume is still unavailable hopefully it will be populated soon.   Everyone who has or going to file IR-1/CR-1 should get some satisfaction that NBC is processing all application in an 11 month average. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Can I fill out ds-261 for my husband?	I believe you can fill out the application and have him submit, or fill out the application and have him to use better internet services and just submit the application.
