UUUMMM.....   Post Decision Activity On February 7, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283. For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.            Got a text message at 9:45 PM, actually while I was Skyping with my fiance, so it was awesome to be able to share that experience at the same time     Thanks everyone for the really great support so far!!   Praying that the rest of the process goes smoothly (crossing fingers)   Now my fiance and I are praying for everyone else that is still waiting!!!   congrats so happy for you we waited for a long  time. It is the hardest part of the Journey. But, we both believe in this and trust one another. We know our love can outlast the paper pushers. Come on TSC! We're still waiting! I also realize that the RFE is sent to another address and department that's cool cause it doesn't have to go through the same lazy person who had it before .Lol!!!! Just got our NOA2, I'm so happy I don't even have words. I think i might stop checking visa journey cause it gets frustrating to see people get their NOA2 in 30 days or less, people who filed months after I actually filed and me and my fiance still have to wait, even with an expedite and all i get as an answer from tier 2 immigration officers is that I have to wait the 5 months.  Really??? Even with an expedite?!?!?!   Everything happens for a reason keep your head high it doesnt mean that you guys will never be together,dont worry will get they might overlook on something that they have doubt on it's gonna be okey ,visit your fiance ,and have some good time instead of focusing into this . If he lies, it could come back to bite him in the rear end at the K1 visa interview. Everything will be honest but the thing is that is there a possibility that he might be approved for a B2 and do i have to provide the 134 for his visitor visa? If you look at the RFE Master List thread, you'll see that happen time and time again. It sort of makes sense, I suppose as all messages from them are automatic responses. The approvals, the REF's, even the denials, all follow the same text. That's why the hardcopy ends up being so important. It's a pain to wait, though. Yeah True . I had a doubt about my fiance photo passport and I didn't send his birth certificate too,so that could be it cause we look more alike like brother and sister if his birth certificate is missing they might think we related that could be it but just waiting the notice so that I could send back the requested docs.At least we are not declined that's a relief though. It might be something really simple, like a missing signature...   At least you know they've been working on your case, and that once you get that RFE reply in, it should only take a few more days until approval.   yeah I hope so .Thank you for your response though will keep you guys updated it feels good to have people that can understand. I had a dream today I don't know if its because I'm over thinking about this visa or what,but i dream t like my fiancee caused me about something like I received a letter from the USA embassy to adjust my status and he said that he looks like we were not approved then I was like if you are sent a letter to adjust your status that's means your are approved and I was so happy started screaming around sad enough to know that I was just dreaming. but not loosing hope yet it still early to loose hope. Wow this is going so fast....Kiev has our package and we can schedule interview ...the consulate says it can be as soon as 5 days or more if we need more time.  ... I wondering if I should meet her in Kiev for the interview. Or wait until she has her passport and visa then fly over and get her and fly back. If there is a problem at the interview can it usually be corrected quickly?  Does it help to be at the interview?  I just hope we have all our paperwork correct at the interview.. She does not have a passport yet or you want her to get approved first?honestly it did really work for some couples to be present on the interview ,if you can afford it then that will be a good idea and again congratulations on your approval and interview.If you have to travel to pick her up I will advice you to be present at the interview ,my friend's fiance made a mistake on the interview about the last date she traveled to visit but they confirmed it with her while waiting for her fiance in the waiting room so its a good idea.
