Hi, I had no problems in POE, I told I'm going to visit my fiance for two months, and that we already applied for K1, I wasn't asked for any proofs of my ties to Poland. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Yes, you can visit!	hi, I yesterday flew to Usa, I had no problems at POE(in Chicago), I said I'm going to visit my fiance for two months, the immigration officer just asked what am I doing in Poland (studying, last year) if we plan to get married ( yes in the future, we already file for k1), why we don't want to get married now and file for k3( I need to finish my studies, and we already file for k1).
