Interestingly, we have had 2 touches in 2 days on the I129F, but none on the I130?

IMO, All these emails and site update is not always reliable.

If any email comes or site update happens something like - "This I-130 Immigrant petition for foreign beneficiary has been APPROVED." - then we can confirm it. Key word here is "APPROVED".

Other option is just wait for the snail mail.

Hey guys, I know I am new here and no one knows me, but I would like to share this with you since I have been following this thread. I was in the same boat as you which means I got transferred too to Texas from California and guess what, my case got approved on the 26th and i got the confirmation today via email and text, so heads up they are in their way to be approved. there may be issues with VJ becasue more than just a few if us changed it in our profiles right at the beginning of the transfer 3 weeks ago and it just reverted back, so if it is important to you for your profile to stay changed to TSC you may want to check it daily. for me doesnt matter, as the info on that list isnt really accurate.

You have wright, each one choose the SC for this issue. The TSC on Igor's list have not enough approvals and you can not see your timeline but you can help the future fillers that will be transferred to this CS later, next year, or even the ones that fill at TSC.
Honestly I just wait to have the NOA2 asap to reunite with my wife forever you now, to be a real family, to have children, etc.
But in the mean time I try if I can to help the others newbie members as the others helped me few months ago.

ok i am getting confused because i know i have seen at least 3 RFEs (very wicked 3pg) ...
and many people keep referring to USCIS emails others rec'd before they got their approval, but i didnt realize anyone from the TSC transfer got their approval...?
looking on the CSC to TSC transfer spreadsheet i dont even fields for any of these (NOA2, RFE, denial) and Saylin/Record Keeper was not going to put a field till there was reason to do so (i.e. till someone rec'd soemthing) so am thinking that no one from the transfer has rec'd any decision...? unless the spreadsheet isnt up to date?

i know it's the holiday but Saylin/Record Keeper just a question... is it up to date?
that will clarify things a little for me because i know everyone is trying to stay 'hopeful' but i'd prefer to have legit info.

I believe that they(fillers moved to TSC) did not changed the SC on VJ profile settings, probably Skynaut and me are at TSC the rest have keep the CSC on their info, and because of that Igor's list is like that

I-129F is not dead yet. NVC will kill it after it is approved.

That's sounds to me that is killed from the beginning when you fill I 130 and I 129F(K3)together.Is good that we did not payed because it was waived. :thumbs:

Since we did not fill for e-mail notification when we have sent the petition this is probably the reason. But we have made an account to web site and ask for email notification. Still nothing

. We will wait the notification by mail. I'm shore that notice will follow. Same was with TSC transfer. :thumbs:

my husband filed the 130 last july 21 and it has been transferred to TSC yesterday nov.2 .. does it mean the process will take longer or faster?? i hope all of us who has the same situation will have a GOOD NEWS...(pray)

It's quite impossible to say, but hope that is a good sign.We have filled on 6 July and no change yet.But we are optimistic that approvals will follow soon.As you probably have seen in the last couple of weeks,most approvals were on Wednesday and Friday so hang in there and do not loose your patience :thumbs:

Have you reached the end of your 5 months?
- if not and you have 60 to 90 days to go that would explain the wait youre being quoted, you have to have let 5 months go by first before you can let them know they have failed.

Did they explain why you have to wait an additional 60 to 90 days?
- If you have reached the end of your 5 month wait contact then again and explain that you have already waited till the end of the 5 month period USCIS says they will complete with your case in.

If your state has two senators, contact the other one, maybe they have a better handle on what the process is and you will receive satisfaction there.

Call USCIS and have them raise a concern on your behalf with the service center that the case is now over 5 months and 16 days old, I was told that I had to wait an additional 16 days past my 5 months before they could inform the service center that my case was over its 5 month period.

5 months and 2 days, and nothing yet. We have contacted our representative last week and we wait an answer from them. Hope to be our Christmas gift the approval. :innocent:

Hi all!

I sent an email to my Senator 3 days ago and received a response yesterday. The congressman's assistant was VERY helpful and ensured me she would get to the bottom of my USCIS issue. I emailed my congressman 3 days before my 5 month mark too, which is today. She asked for all of our info and is going to start by getting a case status update, then she said she could dive deeper and they have several different options.

It's looking pretty positive so far. I also told her how al us TSC July filers were stuck yet August/Sept/October filers that stayed at CSC were getting approvals.

Just great, you are proactive

We mailed today my letter to the congressman, hope they can help us to know our status and with the processing also.

I was hoping that there are July filers here who was also transferred at TSC that got their approval already to give me a peace of mind that there's really a chance for me to be approved this December. I am done with the 5 month period and I am now on our 154th day from our NOA1.

Our application was also transferred to TSC on November 18. I received the Snail Mail before the E-Notification. So we're at TSC with everyone else. It happened while I was visiting my wife. So with the 3 week visit with my wife over, and wishing that I could have just brought her home with me when I had to leave on the 21st, I'm just waiting on USCIS and the TSC to let me know something.
