I want to know what I should do with the GS-325A form for my children, in the part of sign, they are 9 and 5 years old, so this part should be let in blank? or I should sign the form for they??.... K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Getting Stepdaughter Visa	Hi Sean, Well, now you are married you have to follow the K3 or CR1 path, and for your step-daughter ,as pushbrk said, you have to file a separate I-130 with separate fee as well, and let it takes the time it needs at Uscis and NVC. About the Father permit, YES Gianella needs her father's permit to leave Peru, and also when papers reach NVC, they will ask you if her biological father is agreed about his daughter going to US...so you have to contact Gianella's father and explain what is going to happen..you know, if he doesnt wan to sign the permit..you can say him this sign will "absolve" him of any child support..it is just an idea... (If not married in Lima - We Did Not Have) I am told by embassy staff that this is the only thing holding up our visa. It will take a week for us to get the new document and endorsement. We then have to submit it via DHL to the embassy, which takes another 10 days to process + return time. I hope this helps....Peace I guess this could help...This is some information from the Lima - USA Embassy web site...for Immigrants Visas Partidas de Nacimiento, Matrimonio, Divorcio, Certificados de Defunción (según sea el caso)[u] Todas las partidas (incluyendo las de Lima) deben ser emitidas o certificadas por el Registro Nacional de Identificación y Estado Civil (RENIEC). Las oficinas de RENIEC emiten partidas originales para ciertos distritos de Lima, mientras que sus oficinas a nivel nacional pueden certificar la autenticidad de las partidas emitidas en otros departamentos. [u]Birth, Marriage, Divorce and Death Certificates (as appropriate) All birth certificates (including those from Lima) must be either issued by, or certified by, the Peruvian national civil records registry ("RENIEC"). US Embassy and Consulate Discussion	3 Police Records In Peru	Hi.... let me try it again.... 1.- CERTIFICADO DE ANTECEDENTES PENALES....this is requiered to know if you were in jail, the web site i sent you INPE is for this certificate...if she try to get it in Iquitos it will take more than 1 month (probably 2)...it is better to get it in Lima. 2.- CERTIFICADO DE ANTECEDENTES JUDICIALES A NIVEL NACIONAL....it is requiered to know if you have a judicial sentence...it i got it in 1 day here in my city Trujillo, it's easy to get it, she has to pay 53 soles in "Banco de la Nacion" and go to the PODER JUDICIAL office and fill a form, they will take a picture (well, at least here they do). 3.- CERTIFICADO DE ANTECEDENTES POLICIALES....it is to know if you have policial antecedents..for this she should go to the "Division de Criminalistica de la Policia" in Iquitos...they are going to take her fingerprints plus ODONTOGRAMA...I got it after 2 weeks, because these certificates must go to Lima and then back to Iquitos... * I got VIAJE AL EXTRANJERO.... She can get all of them now, but i suggest you wait because the #1 lasting just 3 months.... I hope i could help you..sorry for mix up the numbers... US Embassy and Consulate Discussion	3 Police Records In Peru	Hi Msmuth...she can get all her certificates in Iquitos, ...#1 just 1 day....#2 two weeks...but the #3 could take more than 1 month if she try to obtein it there...I suggest you, if she has a relative in Lima, she can pay the fee (29.77...but she could call first to know the exact fee) and send the receipt, 1 passport picture and a Notarized Letter giving her realtive authorization to get the Certificate..in Lima it takes just 5 days... www.inpe.gob.pe...this is the web site of INPE...you can get all the information there..(in Spanish) Also, the #3 is just for 3 months... Hi Troy and Anita, I suggest Anita goes to Lima, there you can get her birth certificate validated just in hours (in RENIEC), the same day; and about the POlicial Certificates and the others 2 more (Judicial and Criminal)..you can get them just in 1 week in Lima..I know it is expensive to travel and stay 1 week, but in this way Anita could have the interview in Dec 1st... K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	k-1 visa ...i got a phone call from the embasy	Hi MyE, I guess i was the same day at the embassy with you..May 12th...you and your fiance were wearing black clothes...i saw they CO gave you a yellow sheet....well, now they give you a PINK STICKER...it means your visa was APPROVED...just wait 3 days and you will go to DHL to pick the passport up...well, not you, your fiance has to do it, when my visa was approved they gave me that pink sticker too...so, just be patient your fiance visa is almost done..
