US Citizenship General Discussion	Green Card holder - Outside USA for over 1 year	The person have had re-entry permits before and now is not able to obtain one.   He needs to stay with his parents and is unable to come to the USA this year (He's been coming to the USA annually with no problems).  I thought there may be a procedure to reenter due to family reasons. I understand that my fiance needs to be legally on Canada and so he's waiting for the visa approval which he should have this month unless Canadian government decides not to extend it for whatever reason. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	F-1 Visa - Packet 3 & 4 process	Hello all,   My fiancé who is currently in Montreal, Canada, has recently submitted Packet 3 to the Montreal office for processing.   He is a citizen of Poland who has been living legally in Canada until March 2013 and reapplied for extension of status which supposedly takes 100 days.  In the mean time, it has been about 8 months of the F-1 visa process. I have a newborn now and live in New York waiting for the approval.  In the mean time, I received an email from the Montreal US Embassy that until my finance receives the status approval in Canada, they are unable to process my visa.  I am stuck now since I have a month old baby.  Any suggestions?  I was thinking to go to Poland with him and get married so we could apply for green card which will take another few months....   Thank you all in advance for all your input on this. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	I-134 affidavit of support, #11	#11 of i-134 asks whether I intend or not intend "to make specific contributions to the support of the person(s) named in item 3.  --- I assume I should check that I intend to do so.   Later, it says that if you intend to support the individual named in item 3, "indicate the exact nature and duration of the contributions." My husband was below the 2nd and 3rd years as well and we had no issues.   Now, the consulate/embassy have their own guidelines, so at the time of the interview, a joint sponsor may be requested, but you never know. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - April 2014	So I got my NVC case number today, I know it was today because I called as soon as they opened and nothing, and then called right now and I got it I knew it would be today, hence double call, because of the database. so yey! Anyway they gave me IIN & BIN but said they couldn't take email yet because it had just been entered, when should I call to provide it? Should I try monday or give it 2-3 days? I am all for calling often, but only if I legitimately think something can change because a) one time I asked and that person had a record of my previous calls which was a little bit intimidating. Probably explains why they are not as nice to people who call often.   By the way, the spreadsheet currently says someone got their case number on Saturday, April 19....  NVC is closed saturdays as far as I know and I think for sakes of avoiding issues dates should be kept in relation to location of NVC as in Eastern Time Zone. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - May 2014	its a holiday...   I am actually excited for the coming week.  My mom was asking whenI am flying to Costa Rica. She is 83 so I had to explain the process a bit more and she just shook her head and said " that's the US government"   LOL LOL LOL     Ughhhh I just want to book my flight.     on a relaxing note.... I spent the day at the pool with my 22 year old daughter. Ate breakfast with her at the Sweet Briar Café in my town ( she paid)  After the pool, ,my mom made spaghetti for us.     Yesterday my husband helped me  (over the phone) get rid of the CHECK ENGINE light in my car. My car was in the shop and they replaced the steering column. The battery had to be recharged so it messed up the sensor for the check engine light.    Also replaced the ceiling fan in my bedroom with the help of my daughter .   I called my husband to tell him this is "husband $hit"  you need to be here to help me !!!   lollllllllllll             it seems u had a great day	Loulie	Not Telling	Haiti	2014-05-26 17:49:00

Only had 1 mile on it! I've wanted this car for years and years and finally got one! Although, I definitely wasn't expecting to get one, lol. I've been having car issues with the hand-me-down I received 2 years ago and my husband merely suggested I test drive one (since I never had before). Few hours later, ended up driving this off the lot  The 50 mpg is nice though   (Sorry for me squinting, but the sun was bright, and this was the less squinty photo of the bunch  )   Also thinking of getting a personalized license plate: Saylin! I already got the 2012, 2011 and 2010 transcripts from IRS, but not the year 2013.   So I just curious about how did LoveMyTico get the year 2013 transcripts while IRS told me it's not going be available till June 15. Did you request it online or phone? Thanks. Go on irs.gov and you'll find the way to print your transcript online. you have to create an account, provide you social, address etc...my husband did it.
