K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & ProceduresTwo Letters of Intent?

I'll get the other letter ready and expect an RFE then.  Maybe it states it in unofficial 'guides', but the official instruction doesnt clarify.  Solely by reading the official instructions, the two letter requirement would be an interpretation at best; it never said to include two letters.  It says to include "a statement"...

Wondering if I'll even get an RFE or if it will just be accepted..  Guess I'll find out in time..  Fingers crossed it all goes well.

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & ProceduresTwo Letters of Intent?

So, I carefully read the instructions for filing the I-129F on the USCIS, and after reading several posts on this website, It seems most people included two letters of intent to marry signed by both the petitioner and beneficiary.  I only submitted one letter saying that we both intend to marry within 90 days of arriving in the states, I signed it and dated it.  The instructions state the follow:

"Submit evidence that you and your fiancé(e) intend to marry within 90 days of your fiancé(e)'s entry as a K-1.

Evidence of your intention to marry may include a statement of intent to marry."

That is straight out of the official instruction, no where does is specifically state that both parties need their own individual letters.  Has this caused any problems for anyone?  I went straight off the USCIS instructions when creating my package and included everything they asked for; I-129F, Biometrics forms for both parties, airline tickets, emails, photos showing us together, identification (passport, birth certificate), passport photos for each party.  Just a little stressed right now, as the instruction never stated two separate letters of intent to marry, nor does is specify to even sign the letter, I just took that upon myself.  Any help will be much appreciated.

Also, on a side note, does anyone think this process will be expedited with me being a military service member, and she is from the UK??  Does country of origin play a role in the time it takes to process?

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & ProceduresThe RFE Master List

So, I received an RFE for letter of intent from the beneficiary.  Must have missed that in the instruction, but don't quite remember reading any distinction to have 2 letters.  But anyway, I mailed in my RFE package and they received it on December 5th.  It is now December 17th, almost 2 weeks later.  Does anyone know a good time estimate for this?  I would assume if they just needed the last letter it wouldn't be too long? (Knock on wood).
