IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	The unfairness of it all	my HUSBAND IS FROM IRAN ,AND WE HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR NOW19 MONTHS AND EVERY TIME WE DO A FORM FOR NVC THEY FIND SOME THING NEW .ITS SO HARD .I BELIVED IN MY COUNTRY  BUT HAVE LOST FAITH IN IT.I HAVE DONE EVERY THING THEY HAVE ASKED OF US . Middle East and North Africa	Iran K-1s -- would love to connect with you	well we did a lawyer also  but did a 1130 we are married it took us 14 months just to go through uscis  and arnaka well u go there and ALL ppl from iran go through ap  maies and females .as far as dubai u do a interview and u wait 30 days after  and  no ap and ap can take up to 6 months .i sure hope it dont take as long as it has us  its now 16 months and now just going through national visa center  but yes after the first u can do your self . but i still use our lawyer for advice	sdrohani	Female	Iran	2013-07-11 13:10:00

I know its only one day but of course one day will make a whole lot sooner than may 6. Hopefully He can get his visa on thursday then he can have his seminar friday. then he will be here next monday!! hopefully everything will turn out as planned... sssssooooooo excited!!!! Aww goodluck to you guys...the seminar will take 2-3hrs, he just need to go there early coz its first come first serve... Long wait is almost over, soon he will be there with you...???? I didn't put the USCIS process on my signature. It's just the NVC process, starting on the date they received my case. Oh my bad, i must have read it wrong.. I think its normal to feel nervous about interview.  I know exactly what you are feeling right now.But don't worry too much, its still possible for you to be together on June 1. They issue the visa the next day,and so people usually received their visa in like 3-4 days. But my husband received his visa 7 days after interview because his interview happened to be on a Thursday. So it took longer for him, and then April 9 was also a holiday. Just hope and pray that you passed the interview and dont get a delay on your case. Be sure to bring all the documents that was asked from you. Also, just be prepared and bring an updated I-864(affidavit of support form) with 2013 tax transcript or tax return form + w2. Bring also a CEMAR certificate just in case they ask.   In regards to my husband's interview, they only asked for my updated I-864. Also there is no fee to pay during interview. Its after your received your visa then you'll find instruction about a fee for your green card.
