IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & ProceduresEvidence of Bona Fide Marriage

Thank you Queen P. :-)  May I ask you one other question please? Once we begin this process, would he be able to go to the U.S. to visit? I am considering moving on over there in order to set up, and am wondering if he could come there for holidays (for example) or not?

Yes it is possible for your husband to travel US at the time of processing I-130  in tourist visa.

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & ProceduresChat Logs

Mostly for the proof they used to show the marriage certificate and the photos (husband and wife taken together) will sound more than the chat logs. Better you can submit that as a prrof of your marraige. It'll be 100% safe than using other type of proofs.

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & ProceduresHoliday in Caribbean before entering on K1 Visa

Yes, You can go to St.Lucia for your holiday, but you should not miss any of the visa interview for the processing. So better you can get the permission from the consulate and then plan for a travel for avoiding some issues.

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & ProceduresPAID status on payment portal then NOT PAID when i checked this morning

Hi

Better you can call them and confirm about the status of the fees paid. Hope you will be having the proof for sending the payment. Waiting for their response is complete waste of time. If the payment has not reached the NVC the procee will be delayed. So act immediately and solve the issue.

hi is there any filipino here that i can talk too... about noa 2 content msg....

the petition has been approved. the petition indicates that the person for whom you are petitioning is in the united states and will apply for adjustment status. he or she should contact the local uscis office to obtain I-485, application for PR.

if the person for whom you are petitioning decides to apply for a visa outside the united states based on this petition, the petitioner should file I-824, application for action on an approved application or petition, to request that we send the petition to the department of state national visa center..

the nvc processes all approved immigrant visa petitions that require consular action. the nvc also determines which consular post is the appropriate consulate to complete visa processing. it will then forward the approved petition to that consulate.

did they sent me a wrong letter....

here's my number XXXXXXXXXX give me some advice about this... thanks vj members
