K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Interview Checklist - Australian Police Certificate	Hi Everyone, Quick question really, we have just received our NOA2 after a long wait and I'm trying to get together everything I maybe need in order to complete the packet 3 forms and complete the interview process. In terms of collecting information required, it looks like I have most of the documents to hand or my fiancé can send over quite quickly. The only thing I'm totally confused about is the police clearance certificates. I previously resided in Australia for 6 years but have since returned to the UK, my question is what type of police cert do I require? The official websites say that a fingerprint and name cert are need for people living in Australia but what about people no longer living in Australia? If a fingerprint and name cert is needed how do I get my fingerprints checked in Australia? Some forums say that the name check only is ok, some say otherwise and I really don't want to get it wrong. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Holiday in Caribbean before entering on K1 Visa	Thanks for all the helpful replies - my flight is direct from the UK so my first and only entry into the US would be after my holiday and if for any reason we got diverted to the US i would just have to stay in the US and not go on holiday. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Holiday in Caribbean before entering on K1 Visa	Thanks for the reply I have my visa interview on October 15th and expect my passport back early November and i plan to fly to St Lucia on November 10th for a week and then enter the US direct from St Lucia on or around the 17th November. Our K1 visa is just about approved and our intention is to holiday in the caribbean before entering the USA on my K1. My question is am i allowed to enter from St Lucia instead of my home country the UK and will there be any issues arising from this?
