US Embassy and Consulate DiscussionNo more live operator support
In attempting to call the US Consulate in Montreal Quebec today with a question, we were surprised to find out that they are no longer offering live operator support. This was available on 514.398.9695 extension 4. The recorded message says that this is due to staffing levels at the consulate. They now require that all enquiries be made by fax or email to:
