Asia: South	Evidence of Relationship?	thanls guys for the reply, We have about 4 of pics, as I said, 2 are at major places, and 2 of them cell phone via mine and via her mother, andyes I can get w2's and the letter from employer, we have the emails accumulating. and it so happenes more of them are EVolving realtionship, some by me and some by her. okay any more things can be considered any thing at all guys ? we have plenty of time till feb, we are jus watching out for what we have to get in term to make it possible.	rajm11	Male	India	12/23/2009 9:26

I hvae situation as following I just completed my education and came back, I have now fiancee in USA, we met there, and she will ifling for k1, which will come to MUMBAI consulate. I have following things as evidence evidence of relationship started 1] we met at hotel, where I was vacationing, I have reciept where I stayed, and she has pay stubs from there 2] a stub of ticket to movie we got together on a trip 3] 2pics of us at various different places, 1 of them is dated, other one just has year on it, a pic by my mobile, a pic by her moms mobile 4] her mom and her moms friend will give a NOTarized affadavit for our relationship 5] A cc reciept of shopping with my card, with which we bought her shoes 6] my f1 xerox and stamps on my visa Evidence of ongoing relationship 1] Chat records 2] Phone calling and recieving records 3] reciepts of birthday cards and lettrs we sent each other Will mumbai consulate take it or will require more evidence of anything else??? Asia: South	Mumbai Embassy	Okay I been there, all the above is correct, so U can get a plastic folder with multiple parts, where u can put papers in it, u can get it in ANY stationary store. I used that One for my f1, U guess u can use the same one, its pretty good and tight, and oh yah leave wallet outside with someone like family memeber or someone . Thanks Summerspring and all of you for quickest replies, Now here is what i got let me know if it will work or not ! 1] we have 4 good phtos, 1 each are taken at six flasgs and sea world, one is taken by my cell phone and 1 by her own mother 2] A ticket stub from movie with her and mine adjuscent number paid by Credit card mine. 3] A reciept for shopping with my CC when I bought her presents over there, 4] A birthday card she have which I sent her after coming here 5] Christmas gifts I sent her from here, 6] A reciept from hotel where I lived and where she used to work,that's where we met 7] sworn affadavit from her mother ( she was ex-judge) and her mother s friends! We were at her mothers home with her mothers friends when we were on trip 8] A Rent-A-Car reciept paid my me, which shows the date, and on those dates we got pic taken at six flags, she was taken off from work on those dates. and as summer spring said, I have my f1, with my address on my visa and drivers licence, will any of these work? for on going relationship we have plenty of chats and call records, I am just worried about documentry evidence of establishing a realtionship, will any of above does that ?	rajm11	Male	India	2009-12-21 05:12:00

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Evidence of Relationship?	hello All, this is My first post, and this seems to exact place to ask this questions. Okay here is the situation, While I was a student back in US I met this girl and after a relationship of a about 5 months or so we got involved, I came back after finishing my education, But we are still much into each other, Now we will be filing k1 in feb or so, however for evidence of relationbship, We just have Emails, Chats and 2 photos we took at some places, along with phone records and thats it. I have also rent-a-car agreement but its on my name since she had lost her wallet before we rent the car, so will this be enough evidence ? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Newbie question	Hi AMy and Michael, I know some of the acronyms such as, POE=POINT OF ENTRY, NOA=NOTICE OF ACTION ask more and well i will try to answer, I also learned these from reading over here. ANyways I got question for u too, asu said this reading material is QUITE intimidating, I am bit confused, When UR filing 129-f, the proof of realtionship and other things, are submitted by u u just file the 129-f and g325, and I forgot what else. and ur fiance has to submit the proofs? so it it 129-f filers submits the evidence or the Fiance??	rajm11	Male	India	2009-12-22 02:19:00
