K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Filipino applicants?	Please explain what you mean "Letter of Eligibility"? You and your UC fiance(e) know outright if you are eligible or free to marry... It is advisable to file for an i-129f asap following engagement since it is a long and tedious process. As for NOA2, mine took 6mos and 2weeks from NOA1 but it varies depending on specific locations.
