Thanlk you very much... riza I just got back from Manila. My second trip and both times spent a few days at the Las Palmas. Probably a mile or so from St Lukes and a nice enough hotel. Mercy and I would stay there again if needed but I reccomend the Pearl Manila. It is only a few blocks from St Lukes and a better hotel. Nicer room and quieter. And then he gave a big sigh like he was too above me to talk to me, then said "well we haven't gotten it yet." and hung up on me. I am so mad- I wish he'd have given his name so I could get a supervisor. What the heck is someone like that doing working with PEOPLE? Finally got through to NVC. I gave him my CIS no. and he said they mailed me a notice yesterday and gave me a MNL no. I didn't ask anything else of him.
